Xyng Fuel for Life: Energy, Mood, Healthy Weight (60-Count)

I got this product through Xyngular's sort of package system, which you get through their site. My coach was very adamant that I only take 1, though the bottle says you can take 2. I take this as a dietary supplement once a day AFTER food, which is important. One is enough to sort of wake you up, it's not going to make you feel like you had a billion cups of coffee- but TWO is definitely not something I'd recommend unless you're super numb to caffeine, and I came off of one energy drink a day plus copious amounts of soda, mainly coke cola.Basically, take one with food, and if you need a second one, take it ALSO with food and drink plenty of water. Two caplets has me wired and again, I'm no stranger to caffeine. You won't get a major kick off of one by itself, but you will get too much of a kick off of a second one. Water and food can lower a negative reaction if you do ignore me and take two ^_^NOTE: I am not a doctor. These are my personal experiences with my body, which can obviously be very different to anyone else's. Honestly, if you aren't sure CHECK with a doctor and contact the company because they're very friendly and will probably tell you anything you need to know. Again, though, I'm not a doctor.

Did the job! Take as directed and made my day very beneficial with no drop off later in the day. Was enjoyable to not be tired or slow during the day. Would even state it improved my mood to an upbeat feeling.

I started a weight loss program and one of the products I was to take was Xxng. Although it lists the ingredients on the bottle the print is so small and written in gray instead of black so it cannot be read, even with reading glasses. ( I have 25/25 vision). I was told it contains green tea and to start off with just one at a time.I normally drink green tea everyday but skipped it to avoid consuming too much caffeine when taking this supplement, yet my heart raced when I did take it to the point it scared me. I advise caution if you are going to purchase this and I would never take more than one.
