Good quality
First time used with my new Lakeland Yogurt maker (which is amazing) from Amazon. The yogurt was nice and thick and I put a few spoons in ice trays to continue the culture for another mix. So it does go far.

Good
Gave good yoghurt although thin. Perhaps I need to use more cultures to thicken it. I don't have a yoghurt making machine, I left it in a jar, on a benchtop.

Exactly what says on the label.
Exactly what says on the label. Fermented product geat. Under the microscope abondance of 4 types of bacteria, many of them look like Lactobacillus Reuteri. Would be great if they released a mix on different L.Reuteri only bacteria starter.

Pleased so far
I've started making my own natural yogurt again, as it works out half the price of buying it, and it's much better tasting and healthier for you.I do have a small yogurt maker. This set contains 3 small sachets of yogurt culture. To be clear, you won't need to use one every time you make a fresh batch of yogurt, just a few spoonfuls from the last batch you made. You keep using the yogurt until it stops setting to the texture you like it.I use sweetened soya milk and it works perfectly, it took 6 hours in my yogurt maker to make a firm set and creamy yogurt. The taste is quite mild, and can be used for sweet or savoury dishes.I'm quite pleased with this. I have used supermarket yogurts to start a batch before, and they have made several 1kg tubs of yogurt before starting to go a little runnier. With this, I am expecting to be able to make more that 3-4 batches from each envelope.Impressed so far.

I will not buy!!! Diabetics Beware
This is not for Diabetics. It spiked my sugar just eating 2 spoons. I had to throw the whole thing in drain. Waste of milk, 36 hrs of electricity and effort. I was looking forward to this. Stupid of me for not reading the ingredients in the description because it has Maltodextrin which is high GI & GL, Highly processed and it looks like genetically modified. Please be informed when you buy this starter culture all of them by this brand has the similar ingredients. This product is not healthy even for non-diabetics if that is your goal. Please be informed. Just google the above ingredient and learn if interested. It is my fault for not reading the ingredients. Otherwise, it did make good looking yogurt it did taste better than store bought. I will just use my vegan bio culture capsules next time.

Not sure how healthy these actually are
The yogurt tasted fine but I hit a bad tummy upset after using the first one of these so I decided to throw away the other two packets.
