Q: So is this a serum? Can it be used as one? Or do they sell something else that is an actual serum?

you can absolutely use is as a serum. i use it on clean skin and use just an elemis moisturizer. i know there're many products out there that, by the time you finish, cost you hundreds and you'll have 7 layers of product on your face! just keep it simple- serum and moisturizer is all you need.

Q: Does this contain vitamin C, E and retinoid?

no, but what i did was add a few drops of vitamin E and retinol into it- saves $$ too

Q: Are the oils in this cold pressed?

Hello! Not sure about the oils being cold pressed. I can definitely state that the oils are hydrating. As per the Elemis web site ... they are “Anti-oxidant and omega-rich Broccoli, Flax Seed and Daikon Radish help plump and smooth the skin.” I would agree with skin looking more smooth!!!
