Early days but I already love this TV - Great set, great price.
Early days here (6hrs) but I already love this TV. It was easy to set up, it's easy to use, it has great features and excellent performance. I am not an expert on televisions but in my opinion the picture quality is fantastic from all the different inputs I have put in to it. Even the sound is not too bad for a TV of this type (better than my old Samsung).I had a fiddle with the settings as at first the picture was a bit dull, but I discovered that if you switch off the 'Eco' mode the screen bursts in to life with eye popping contrast and colour. My model has 3 HDMI connectors Composite/CMGB and both Terrestial and Satelite Freeview connections. I connected my old Sky dish to obtain more HD channels than on my terrestrial input and you can swap between the two.To connect my old 'SCART' devices I purchase a SCART to HDMI converter Neoteck Aluminum SCART To HDMI Converter 1080P for STB PS3 Sky DVD Blu-ray which works flawlessly with this set.As I said, still early days but so far I can thoroughly recommend this television.

It is quite big!
My mum wanted to upgrade from her old 32” flat screen TV and although she doesn’t have any 4K sources yet (her broadband is awful so doesn’t cope with 4K) the 55” version is a sensible choice for any future upgrades to attached devices.Given the price the build quality is adequate. It does feel a bit flimsy but once in place that shouldn’t be an issue. After plugging in the aerial and other devices and switching on the setup process was a realtively simple process and walks you through things in a logical fashion. Had expected to have to use an ethernet cable to connect it but was surprised to discover it had Wifi built in (hadn’t noticed that in the description). After running setup ecerything worked great and was easy to control. The next thing was to update the Netflix and Amazon apps and add YouTube. The operating system seems to be quick and responsive. Having Amazon and Netflix buttons makes it easier to use too.Out of the box the picture was impressive but not in a shouty way. The picture modes help but it did need a bit of tweaking as the brightness was quite high. HD content from Sky+ looked really good despite not being 4k. DVDs and films through the Apple TV looked good too. Initial impressions were very positive. The only negative which I suspect is due to keeping the price low is the feet. These are near the edges of the screen so you will need a wide TV stand of table to sit it on. We got some legs that use the VESA mounts to overcome this but that was an extra purchase. Overall though it is an impressive TV for the price. If we were going to replace our existing TV then this would definately be considered.

Amazing tv bit needs a little help
The LG tv is a fantastic tv, the build of the TV is good, some of the reviews of the build say it's flimsy and plastic but I would have to slightly disagree yes it's not a unbelievable top quality but for the price it is high quality, the quality of the picture is amazing my playstation 4 PRO looks amazing on it even on just normal none HD channels you can definitely see a difference but it definitely comes in to it own when you watch something in HD, the webOS is fast and easy to use updating it is nice and simple and the apps work faster than the ones on my TiVo box, Netflix looks amazing on the screen for the price this LG tv is worth every penny, the only negatives I do have is the stand is space out almost the same length of the TV so if you're going to put it on a TV stand make sure it's long enough for it to sit on, the stands are also a little flimsy even with the screws inside attaching it to the TV but they are ok but they could of have been stronger, all in all the LG tv is a fantastic tv and with amazing picture

Warning: Netflix and Amazon
Great TV and picture but why is Netflix and Amazon not work??? For Netflix I get a message, “Netflix has encountered an error... Code NW-2-5”, and for Amazon I get an error, “internet connectivity problem...”. But I don’t have an internet problem considering I maintain a speed of 45-60Mbps, that my iPad, iMac, iPhone, and PS4 all can seamlessly connect and play Netflix and Amazon, the latter being via the LG tv!? Clearly an LG problem. Tried calling them, they say try Netflix/Amazon, I try calling Netflix/Amazon and they say call LG!?Please do a search on the web and you will find similar issues. Absolutely terrible.LG please sort it out.Update: 04/10/2017Finally solved the issue. Simply forget about wifi on the tv and just plug an ethernet cable direct to it. Problem solved. For this I have changed my rating to 4 stars. A pretty fine TV, and good value for money. Apart from insignificant shadowing around the edges of the TV, the device is worth buying and quite happy with it.

Very impressed. Great Price
This is one of the nicest looking TVs I've seen! I was a bit dubious of the weight of it (very light) but overall is stunning. The picture is bright, colourful and really does pop. LG's True Motion makes watching Netflix a treat! Their Deep Colour HDR is incredible (works with the XBOX ONE S and PS4!)Game mode is a little dark but can be fixed by turning off all the extraneous stuff in standard mode and delivers an amazing gaming experience. The WebOS interface is a little strange at first but within about an hour the quirks are natural and the system is really intuitive. The TV come pre-installed with Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, NOW TV, BBC iPlayer, All4, Demand 5, UKTV PLAY and the ITV Hub.The speakers are relatively decent for a sub £400 TV (mine was on sale at £369.99) but for the original price I wouldn't be as impressed with them. I will be getting a 5.1 surround system to be paired with the TV and will update the review accordingly. If i had to pick fault, the instructions for fitting the feet was not clear and felt very cheap and flimsy (but actually fairly sturdy).Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cheap 4K HDR TV.
