In one week, I will have owned this watch for a year. I have worn it all day, every day, and I do love it, it's gorgeous. I chose the black dial, so it's easier to read in low-light. The crystals really sparkle - they're especially pretty in sunlight. It generally keeps good time; every few months I lose around a minute, but, that is easily re-adjusted. I have knocked a star off, because, over time, the silver coating has come off, from the top, bottom & right edges of the bezel, a bit from the rim around the glass & some from the edges of the watch casing. It's only glaringly obvious in bright light, most people wouldn't notice it at all, I'm just one of those people that notices these things, and, once I've seen something, it's the first thing I notice at next glance. The missing areas on the bezel, rim & casing are now a copper colour - I think this is because the base metal is brass? I did not know, that it is not stainless steel, like the strap is, which is still in perfect condition. In-the-hand, it's a good weight, but, it's not heavy on the wrist at all. I got it on 'Prime Day', so, it was a good price. I've had my money's-worth out of it these last 12 months, but, I am rather disappointed, that the silver coating has rubbed off in places. I wish the whole thing was just stainless steel. I'll look into details like that more thoroughly, when the time comes to buy another watch. I will say, that I even sleep with it on, so, there is added friction from movement in my sleep, against bed-clothes & linen. Perhaps if I took it off every night, it would not have worn off so quickly? The fact remains, however, it was always going to rub off eventually. I had expected better from a Sekonda.I had the devil's own job of trying to adjust the strap myself (I've got skinny wrists; with all the links in it, the strap circumference was just enormous - I think even someone with very thick wrists would be fine with this - my wrist, is 6 & 1/2 inches circumference). I had to go to my local jeweller, who took three links out for the princely sum of a fiver. Even she had a battle on her hands - she said it was really stiff, it wasn't me being a weakling - even if I'd had her specialist tools, I still would have found it difficult!The catch/ clasp is very strong & secure - it's 100% reliable - impossible to accidentally open it. It's also fairly easy to clean (I just use a soft microfibre cloth, and a re-fashioned, pulled & teased cotton bud, to work into the tighter spots on the strap - no cleaning solution, water, or the like, is used). It's shocking how much crud builds up, especially around the edges of the rear cover-plate, if you don't clean it regularly.Overall, I'm happy with it, as it is comfortable to wear, it functions well, and, at a distance, it still looks nice to a casual observer. I do like the look of it, so much, that I'm tempted to buy another one, to keep stashed in perfect condition, saving it for an occasion/ dress-wear. I might instead, look for a similar style, with the added criteria, of it having a bezel/ rim/ casing, made only of stainless steel? We'll see...

i purchased this for my mothers Christmas present and she was super happy with it, it truly is a beautiful watch, it comes with a little black bag to put it in and i purchased a box separate.my mum said it is super comfortable to wear, very good quality, lightweight and perfect functionality.very happy lady.
