I use this on and off not constantly but with heavy loads 1.5kw to 2.5kw it certainly handles it fine.Im using LTO batteries which can provide the current it needs for heavy loads. Uses about 0.7amps while idle.

bought in November 2017 to run a domestic fan, camping kettle, camping toaster in our motor home when travelling between campsites whilst on holidays so it was not used a lot. July this year we changed our van and fitted the inverter into new van, on the way home we used it to brew up all seemed great as usual. Next day we were loading up the motor home for our hols, it was hot so we decided to put a fan on, so whilst my wife got the fan from the house I turned on the inverter as usual but this time it crackeled and started to smoke. I obviously switched off straight away but the smoke got worse and worse, being an ex fireman I new I had to get the unit out of the motorhome before the whole thing went up, this I did thankfully.I would say that you buy this unit at your peril. I did some online research and found others that experienced similar experiences. Stay safe and buy else where.

Excellent power inverter.Really pleased with it, as it is idea for my needs.

No response from the supplier for months after my unit blew up and I contacted them for purchasing a mainboard as I am too far away to return the unit for repair.
