Too thin
These thermal pads do the job,but actually sticking them on the heatsink is'nt exactly easy.If you have a heatsink that is circular, you end up wasting the thermal pad, because it's stuck to a label which isnt easy to seperate. And when you manage to stick it to the heatsink base. You end up tearing it,because it's so thin.I wish I could find thermal heatsink pads that are thicker, but also easy to stick

Misleading
Misleading to say that these are thermal pads. Thermal pads usually refers to the silicone pads you put on vrms/some graphics chips on laptops. These are squares of solid thermal paste with adhesive on them.

A bit of learning .
Just have to pull the last bit of paper very quick and the paste should stick on the heatsink. Took 3 wasted to get on correct but it is working now. dont forget to clean the heatsink first very well with some alcohol based cleaner.

couldn't peel and stick the pad at all
Maybe I'm doing it wrongly but I found it impossible to peel the pad off and have it stick to the surface of the chip. The plastic backing simply won't peel off.I ended up making a gooey ball and then squashing it onto the chip by hand.I bought it for a laptop repair I was doing, I would have used thermal paste but the heatsink for the GPU is kind of a spur off the CPU's heatsink, and doesn't get fastened down to make thermal paste the right stuff.
