Makes my digestion work so much better. I have tried many types of probiotic supplements but this is the only one which has had a noticeable impact. It gets rid of candida symptoms/ bloating/indigestion/constipation. I had my appendix out a couple of years ago and my guts were never quite right again until I found this.I contracted nipple thrush from my son whilst breastfeeding and it was so painful: all the anti fungal creams from the GP didn't work, and Grapefruit Seed Extract made things worse. This stuff as well as plain yoghurt (from Easiyo) got rid of it.I won't be without this!

I like these tablets, they are easy to swallow, don't taste of much and leave my system feeling lighter and easier, therefore I'd say are value for money. Now, no one can truly know for sure if these tablet are the cause of easier systems working as they should inside, I haven't done any tests like refrain from chocolates or orange juices the same day to evaluate exactly what's helping, but the consistency of feeling lighter inside when taking these tablets are hard to dispute. I also take them alongside other gut cleansing tablets and together (again I can't prove it's either/or the combination) but I've dropped access and unexplained fat, and feel like any fat I have left is a truer reflection of for example the chocolates I still eat. Overall I'd recommend them from my own personal experience and to reflect my keenness on it, have been buying them ever since finding it about five years ago.

Been buying this product over a number of years and can highly recommend it. It does what it says, providing the gut with bacteria to support the stomachs health and immune system. Dont use it permanently, I use for 3 months then have a break for a month. Has helped enormously.

Good make and quality to put healthy bacteria in your gut. Recommend product will purchase again from Amazon as this could be bit dearer in high street shops.

I liked this product very much , is excellent for my for my digestion system ,improving overall health .It iand it is good value for money . IWill almost certainly Order it again .

Quest Acidophilus non dairy, I keep this in my fridge, it is my go to for bloating, and has been for several years. Especially for wheat products like donuts. Or food hangovers from late night gluttony. I have other probiotics but when I know I've eaten something yummy but bad for me this is my solution.(I have written the product name because some how reviews get tagged to different products.)

Came quickly, packaged well, looks just like the pictures, tablets are small so easy to swallow.I got these tablets for help with my BV, as I heard that the reason I get BV is because my body is not producing acidophilus or at least not enough. When I read the reviews a lot of people where taking this for IBS which I also have so I thought why not give it a try?I haven't seen much improvement after using it for nearly a month. My IBS is fine, I don't feel it's made an improvement on my IBS but it hasn't made it worse either. I have to say I don't feel bloated as much as I used to so that's a plus. My BV has improved, there is less of a harsh smell and much less discharge but unfortunately I still have BV just not as bad, I hoping that over time it will improve more.The side effects I have got from this product is increased passing of wind, but no smell. Dry mouth and at the beginning I did feel dizzy for the first week.I will carry on using this product and finish the bottle and make another review then.
