After my old remote kept draining the battery without use, I decided to get a new one. I had been eyeing this one up for a while - but after getting a christmas bonus, I decided to bite the bullet and give it a go. I wasn't disappointed with it! I love the fact its rechargable. The software is very usable and well done. Compared to some other devices I have used, it was relatively simple to setup (search for your device based on make/model, and it then sets the correct channel for it). Well worth the cash, and kicking myself I didn't get it soone

I had a previous generation to this model and this is a great upgrade. It feels really nice in the hand and as an all in one remote it works really well. I have a Sky set up, DVD and Smart TV, each of these options have been programmed into the remote. Switching between the 3 is simple using the touch screen. It works every time and really simple to use, I could set up other devices like the stereo but for now it’s just used for the TV. This 1 remote replaces 3 and is a welcome addition.

I think this remote has unfairly got a bad rep... It isn't perfect, but it is a pretty decent remote.I upgraded from a 650 with it's myriad of hardware buttons. Let me cut to the chase - the 650 is a wonderful device plagued by some very annoying issues. It eats through batteries at a rate of knots, any knock or drop causes the batteries to disconnect for a few milliseconds and make it forget which activity you're on. Our 650 after approx 3 years of active duty decided that it would only respond to every second/third button press, so tat presented a nice excuse to "upgrade" to this.So this remote is a *beautiful* device. It looks sleek and feels just right in the hand, the backlighting of the screen and keys can be optimised to your liking and in a darkened room looks lovely. You can add trendy icons to everything such as commands and activities (make your mum a nice "Netflix" button which turns everything on she needs to use it, for example), upload your own pictures as backgrounds and it can support up to 15 different devices which is 10 more than most people will ever need. It does everything every other Harmony remote does in terms of activities etc. and the desktop software is quite good and stable these days. Another plus is Harmony's support has always been excellent - need some dodgy obscure command you found the codes for adding to your remote so you can "region free" your DVD player? Email them and they will add them without question. Brilliant. Oooh, and this one has an inbuilt battery and charging cradle and seems to sustain a small drop without resetting itself. Brilliant! Also new for me is that you can do a myriad of settings tweaks (timings etc.) on the remote itself rather than needing to connect to your computer. A nice touch.Now the negative... The lack of buttons is hard to get used to. With the old harmony remotes you knew how to type in channel 101 without looking and knew that the top left custom button turned on subtitles. Now you have to actually look at the device to do all that. Urgh. The relegation of skip forward/backward to "long presses" of the FFWD/REW buttons is just ugly and the placement of these button on the top of the remote is just so wrong. You are inevitably going to accidentally set off some kind of activity or action when picking up the remote because of the touch sensitive screen, or you can turn on a screen lock where you have to swipe unlock the thing every time you need to use an onscreen button (frustrating as hell!!) However I'm sure most harmony users are used to the havoc of accidentally pressing the "watch tv" button whilst in the crucial moment of a movie/game, so this isn't exactly new - rather an updated challenge! The gestures which are a big selling point on the box are rubbish. In fact, I wish you could turn them off....Overall though, it's a keeper for me. A beautifully crafted remote with a few flaws, but I know we'll be lifelong friends!Edit after a month or so of usage:We bought a new TV and so naturally I've been playing about with inputs on the amp and TV.. One fantastic thing about this remote is that you can make limited changes directly on the remote without having to fire up the Harmony software on the PC, unlike the old 650. You can add, remove and reorder commands to activities and change the inputs that are used on activities. This saved so much time & hassle whilst getting our new telly set up how I like it. One brilliant feature when connecting to the software on the PC is that it remembers what activity you were using before you connected it up - this is a massive improvement on the 650 where you needed to cover over the IR emitter and select your activity after each disconnect from the PC.The remote has proved pretty robust - it's been dropped a few times and has resisted scratches and never forgets which activity we're on. Still get freaked out sometime by the touch screen (I put it screen down on my star wars "lounge pants" and enough contact through the thin material with my skin was made to repeatedly fast forward what we were watching) and we've got used to not using the number buttons for selecting most TV channels and instead use the EPG much more.

If you've used Logitech remotes in the past, you'll come to appreciate the quality of these remotes. They are well built, the software just keeps improving, in fact this was so much easier to set up than my last Harmony remote, I really was dreading the software because I have a projector, you need to set delays in the startup/shut down phases and also delays in the keypresses. I didn't have to do any of that on this remote. No trial and error, you set up the activities and the software does the rest. It is by far the easiest and best setup I have experienced with Harmony remotes so far.The buttons are responsive and have a firm click to them and in the setup program, you can assign an additional command to the same button by using a "long press". I haven't had a use for this yet if I have to be honest.The touchscreen now operates much like a smartphone with gestures and swipes to access different screens, though don't expect iPhone smoothness. You can actually configure the order of buttons IN the remote! An absolute plus in my opinion, as you don't need to hook it back up to your computer to reconfigure this. It builds in a level of customisation that helps with getting the remote the way you want it, this includes assigning icons to activities and order of commands that don't correspond to the hard buttons. Instead of assigning "pages" of buttons in previous remotes you can swipe to scroll up and down through the commands. Swiping left and right will switch pages and get you to a numerical keypad if needed. I much rather prefer hard buttons for a keypad as your mileage may vary when it comes to touchscreens and I think the touchscreen is too small, despite having a nice bit feedback when you touch the screen through a mild buzz, and this too can be customised.The most breakout feature on this remote is the sleep timer. Finally! If you don't trust yourself and find yourself dozing off, you can set the remote to automatically turn off your devices by activating it in the sub menu and you can set this to up to 2 hours. More than enough for a movie.All great points so far, which is a shame because the layout of the remote takes some getting used to. The biggest design flaw here is the button layout. It's quite simply, in the nicest terms, illogical. I use my NVidia Shield TV, my Bluray player and my Sky Q box quite a bit. This means I use the transport controls quite a bit. Why the designer thought it would be a great idea to put the most commonly used buttons at the top of the remote, in a position where it is out of reach from your thumb in its most natural grip beggars belief. It's awkward to say the least and putting the power button directly above the rewind button can cause you to accidently hit it. Dumb design. Having the touchscreen directly below the transport buttons will cause you to accidently hit it causing it to activate an wanted command. This can be mitigated by activating the screen lock but this doesn't detract from the fact that it's a dumb design. The back up and mute buttons had a different shape on previous Harmony remotes which enabled you to find them without having to look at your remote. They are now shaped in a fashion which makes them hard to distinguish and you need to train yourself not to hit the vol down / ch down buttons. Dumb design. All of these points have made using the remote intuitively a difficult task for my less savvy housemates.Despite all this, Harmony is the only brand I know that combines customisation with ease of use. They kinda went the other way on the last part. What would it take to get 5 stars? Swap the position of the touchscreen and the transport buttons and make the back up and mute buttons more defined so you can intuitively find them.That and lock the designer up in a room full of bees until he learns how to design a better remote.

je l'ai achetée pour un cadeau car j'en utilise une depuis plusieurs années.cette télécommande est proche de l'idéal.( aucune télécommande ne peut être 100% universelle vue la complexité des appareils actuels et de leur télécommandes dédiées )toutefois il est nécessaire de bien penser à l'enchainement de différentes actions afin de programmer correctement les " activités"Puis programmer pour chaque appareils les fonctions essentielles (ne pas chercher à programmer 100% des fonctions de la télécommande d'origine au risque d'avoir trop de des pages de fonctions )concernant la programmation des icônes des chaines c'est pareils : ne mettre que les icônes des chaines les plus fréquemment regardées , puis pour les autres , utiliser le pavé numérique.en procédant ainsi on a une télécommande qui répond à 99% des besoins et qui est super agréable à utiliser. plus besoin de chercher la télécommande manquante.sur certaines évaluations il est fait état d'une autonomie limitée , pour ma part je la repose systématiquement sur son socle .comme ça , plus besoin de la chercher et elle est toujours foctionnelle

Que maravilla de mando!!, hay un antes y un después en mi vida desde el día que empece a utilizar este mando. El nivel de configuración de este mando es increíble, puedes controlar prácticamente cualquier cosa que tenga infrarrojos. La batería le dura unos 5 días con un uso normal, he de decir que tengo activado que se ilumine la pantalla al moverlo, y la vibración.Como pega, he de decir que a veces hay pequeños retardos entre la pulsación de las teclas y la reacción del dispositivo, pero una vez que te acostumbras ni lo notas. El software Harmony de Logitech para la configuración del mando esta muy bien e intuitivo. El diseño ergonómico que tiene lo hace muy agradable al tacto, y desde el primer momento que lo tienes entre las manos, sabes que tienes un producto de calidad. Estoy muy contento con el y se lo recomiendo a todo aquel que tenga la típica bandeja en la mesa del salón, llena de mandos.Yo con el mio controlo la TV, el receptor 5.1, el reproductor 4K, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado, xbox one x. Una maravilla

The media could not be loaded.  Da ich bei meinem Home Theater die Programme und Lautstärke mit 2 Fernbedienungen steuern musste habe ich nach einer Lösung für die Bedienbarkeit meiner Geräte, gesucht. Ich bin dann auf die Ultimate One gestossen und gleich bei Amazon bestellt. Ich habe hier mal meine Erfahrungen aufgeschrieben. Gleich mal vor Weg die Ultimate One gefällt mir sehr gut!Auf den ersten Blick erscheint die Ultimate One wie eine normale Fernbedienung. Nimmt man sie jedoch in die Hand schaltet sich der 6,2 cm große Bildschirm der mit einer Auflösung von 320 mal 240 Pixel dartellt, ein.Die Tasten wurden schlicht gehalten und es gibt nicht übermäßig viele davon. Sie sind bei eingeschaltetem Display beleuchtet. Die Tasten können zwar gedimmt, jedoch nicht ganz ausgeschalten werden. Der Off Button der alle Geräte ausschaltet die bei einer Aktion eingeschalten wurden, ist etwas klein ausgefallen hier hätte ich mir einen etwas größeren Knopf gewünscht, da man diese Taste mitunter am öftesten verwendet. Auf der Rückseite befinden sich die Kontakte für die Docking-Station und der Infrarot-Senor für das manuelle einspeichern von unbekannten Befehlen. Aber fangen wir ganz von vorne an.Die Ultimate One ist eine Universal-Fernbedienung die mittels Infrarot, Geräte steuern kann. Selbst wenn ihr eine Deckenleuchte oder ein Ventilator habt der per Infrarot funktioniert, können diese mit der Fernbedienung gesteuert werden. Vorerst muss man die Fernbedienung jedoch programmieren. WOOOOOW WASSSS die muss ich noch extra programmieren, werdet ihr jetzt wohl denken. Aber ich kann euch beruhigen es ist einfacher als man denkt.Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Programmierung ist ein Anschluss an einen PC und die installierte Harmony App von Logitech.Schließt man nun die Ultimate One per Micro-Usb an den Pc an, so kann man die Fernbedieung nun mit Informationen füttern. Es können Aktionen oder Einzelbefehlen auf die Tasten programmiert werden.Ihr müsst euch erst einmal bei der Harmony App registrieren und euer benutztes Device angeben. In meinem Fall die Ultimate One. Will man bestimmte Aktionen programmieren, muss man vorerst die Geräte einspeichern. Man findet sich gut zu Recht und die Harmony App verfügt über sehr viele vorinstallierte Hersteller und Produkte. Ich habe meinen Sony KDL 50 805b ohne Probleme gefunden und gespeichert. Will ich nun fernsehen, habe ich die Aktion Fernsehen benannt und die Geräte die dabei eingeschaltet werden, einprogrammiert.Habt ihr Geräte die vielleicht nicht in der Datenbank der Harmony App vorhanden sind so kann man die Befehle manuell einprogrammiern. Dazu benutzt man den rückseitig auf der Fernbedienung angebrachten Infrarot-Sensor. Das Speichern geht schnell und auch einigermaßen unkompliziert.Die gespeicherten Aktionen werden am Startbildschirm angezeigt. Wählt man nun eine dieser Aktionen aus, so werden alle in der Aktion befindlichen Geräte eingeschaltet. Wichtig dabei ist, ist dass die Ultimate One direkten Sichtkontakt zu den Geräten hat, ansonsten werden sie nicht eingeschalten. Nachträgliches Einschalten ist natürlich auch möglich, ist aber etwas umständlich. Was mir beim manuellen einschalten aufgefallen ist, ist dass die Zeitverzögerung etwas unangenehm auffällt.Geht man auf die direkte Steuerung der einzelnen Geräte so werden für die einzelnen Tasten nun andere Befehle geladen. So ist bei der Aktion Fernsehen bei mir die Lautstärke- Regelung auf die Sony HT-GT 1 Soundbar gelegt. Die bei mir für den Ton zuständig ist. Wenn nun die Einzel-Steuerung des Fernsehers gewählt wird. So wird die Lautstärke-Regelung nun auf den Fernseher eingestellt. Jede Taste hat nun Befehle die nur vom Fernseher gelesen werden. Die ist am Anfang etwas verwirrend. Aber selbst meine Kamera die eine Infrarot Schnittstelle hat kann mit der Fernbedienung ausgelöst werden.Unter Einstellung kann man die zeitliche Sperre für das Display, Hintergrund, Vibration oder Kipssensor einstellen. Den Kippsensor finde ich persönlich sehr nützlich da sich der Bildschirm selbstständig einschaltet sobald man die Ultimate One bewegt. Die Akkulaufzeit ist bei normalen Gebrauch etwa 3-5 Tage. Die Ultimate One von Logitech wird mittels Docking-Station aufgeladen und sieht dann in etwa wie ein Schnurrlos-Telefon aus. Die Fernbedienung liegt sehr gut in der Hand und fühlt sich weder zu schwer noch zu leicht an.Was mich persönlich bei der Fernbedienung stört ist die abgerundete Form auf der Unterseite. Legt man die Fernbedienung auf eine flache Oberfläche und möchte man mit nur einer Hand ein Knopf drücken, so fängt die Ultimate One zu wippen an. Dies erschwert das Drücken und hat mir nicht so gut gefallen.Mein abschließendes Fazit zur Harmony One fällt sehr positiv aus. Nach kurzer Einarbeitungszeit und nach erfolgreichem programmieren, findet man sich gut in der Harmony App zu recht und die Fernbedienung macht alles was sie soll. Vielleicht hätte man die Menüführung und die allgemeine Performance etwas flotter gestalten können. Es fällt hier und da mal auf dass, die Ultimate One von Logitech etwas langsam ist, aber es ist nicht sehr störend.Ich möchte die Ultimate One auf keinen Fall missen, sie erleichtert die Bedienung meines Home-Theater ungemein. Hier und da gibt es ein paar Macken jedoch nichts Welt bewegendes. Was mir besonders an der Ultimate One gefallen hat ist der eingebaute Touchscreen der sieht echt nice aus und lässt die Fernbedienung futuristisch aussehen TOP. Kaufempfehlung

J'ai changé mon ancienne télécommande Logitech Harmony 885 qui devait avoir au moins 10 ans pour celle-ci. C'est vraiment parfait ! Déjà, pour ceux qui ont une ancienne télécommande, on peut récupérer tous les anciens réglages en quelques clics grâce au logiciel fourni. C'est déjà super quand on sait le temps que ça prend à paramétrer correctement.J'aime beaucoup le nouveau système de chargement (contrairement à la 885 qui ne fonctionnait jamais et c'est pour cela que j'ai fini par en changer). J'aime beaucoup l'interface tactile très réactive et très belle (personnalisable en plus).En un clic on peut démarrer plusieurs appareils et qu'ils soient réglés correctement, c'est parfait ! Bien trop compliqué par exemple pour mes enfants de regarder la télé sans moi. Là, un clic permet de démarrer la TV, l'ampli, la box TV et régler le tout sur les bonnes entrées. Pour éteindre, pareil, Off = Off de tous les appareils, c'est royal.Un très bon produit, pas cher (120 € pour ma part) et efficace. Peut-être que les moins doués auront quelques soucis pour effectuer les premiers réglages, mais c'est loin d'être insurmontable. Bravo Logitech !

Ho dovuto creare un pulsante per il cambio di ingresso.(aggiornamento: è possibile risolvere il problema modificando da telecomando "premi il pulsante destro con le tre linee orrizzontali sovrapposte" in IMPOSTAZIONI>DISPOSITIVI>CAMBIA RITARDI poi scegliere ACCENSIONE poi si può scegliere la propria TV eimpostare il tempo di accensione da 0 a 60 secondi. Io ho scelto 25 sec e funziona perfettamente, l'ingresso viene corretto dopo questo tempo di attesa di accensione della tv.piuttosto scomodo da tenere tende a scivolare almeno per la mia mano.tastiera del video registratore in alto scomoda ma il touch screen rimedia a questo.
