Great product, excellent value for money
This is a tiny, basic but decent bluetooth receiver for listening to audio and taking/making calls. The supplied earphones are very good, I bought the product just to try the earphones as its one of the few legit ways to acquire a pair. Some complaints in user reviews are about how it didn't sound good or loud enough with their headphones, this product is designed for the type of earphones that it is supplied with, if you use a headphone that has a higher power requirement like an audiophile type headphone, of course it isn't going to get very loud, the user bought a tiny, low cost BT receiver for a headphone that needs an amplifier or a higher output BT DAC/amp like a BTR5. I'm assuming that this device uses SBC bluetooth, its appropriate for a device at this price and sounds good, I have devices with higher speed codecs like LDAC and LHDC, they sound better but they should at over five times the price.I've tried this receiver with multiple IEMs with pretty standard sensitivity and impedance like Sony's xba-n3 and Sennheiser's ie300, it gets them plenty loud at below max volume and sounds good. It also powered a Sennheiser hd25 to high volume but, a headphone like this will drain the battery fast, its not what the sbh24 is for. The included earhones have a warmish neutral bassy sound and are a fun listen.I keep this product in a bag as a back up in case I forget my IFI Go Blu or forget to charge it. When I use it I really enjoy it, I'm not yearning to use my other device. I recommend this product over any budget wireless buds, its so simple that there is very little to go wrong with it and you can use any earphones you like. Its really great value for money.

Lightweight and excellent sound
This is a very nice unit. The supplied headphones are good although you can unplug and replace with your own. My ears are not good with in ear headphones normally but these fit nicely. Pairing is easy. Performance overall is excellent.

Good value, decent sound
The good: Good build quality, good sound, and good mic.The ok: 5h battery wish it was double the capacityThe bad: I don't know why Sony decided to remove battery percentage information on the phone side. There is only led colour indicator on the device which is not really precise .General sound and volume:The sound is clean without any hiss or distortion, surprisingly very good sub bass , however over all sound is a little veiled this is in comparison with Hidizs H2 which is triple the price with much more features, codec and a DAC.Over all volume is ok with the provided excellent earphones, which are renowned for punching above their weight.I tried them with bigger headphones like the ATH 50 they can drive them but need max volume , could do with a little more power. Tried them with Koss KSC75 and they where a perfect match .Over all I am happy with these for now hope Sony updates them soon they are almost 4 years old design . Could do with Bluetooth 5.0 or higher for better more efficient connectivity and battery percentage info.Things to improve on the next version:Bluetooth 5Double capacity batteryAPTX HD30% more power outputOption to be used as Bluetooth mic.

Great value, robust
Had these for around 4 months and they've just survived their first accidental ride throught the washing machine unlike my previous Bluetooth earbuds these replaced for me.These are great value, and seem very reliable. The battery life isn't amazing, but with how cheap they are you could feasibly have 2 of them in rotation. I wish there were more Bluetooth headphone options like this!

Nice alternative to bluetooth earbuds!
After buying a Samsung S21 and no longer having a 3.5mm audio jack I first looked into bluetooth earbuds. After a faulty set of buds and realising the annoyance with charging boxes i looked for an alternative to use my existing wired quality earbuds. This is an excellent product. Very small in size so easily clipped to clothing / coat and the buds it came with have great sound quality and deep bass. Good volume too which my old S9 with wired buds was lacking. As with all of these types of earbuds you need a good seal for good sound. Try all the tips. Or look at the aftermarket comply memory foam soft tips to get a snug fit.Highly recommend this for bluetooth audio!

Awful low quality product . Avoid
Very poor sound quality, the maximum volume is pretty low. To make things worse, the battery life is awful. Do not buy this junk. Worthless piece of garbage. Shame on Sony for selling this under their brand name.

Didn’t work
I’m sure it’s an excellent item but unfortunately mine was a duff one, wouldn’t switch on or connect to my iPhone/ iPad.

Great little device ,means I can still use my old wired headphones .
Decent build and sound quality easily paired and used on 2 devices ( not at the same time) . Would be nice if there was battery level indicator when in use on my phone or tablet. Good value for money .
