Solidly made. Good, hefty feel. Great leverage. Easy to clean. But, I find operation a bit fiddly because, as with other presses I've tried, slivers of some cloves escape being crushed through the hole-grid as they're squashed out through gaps between the edges of the plunger and the sides of the basket. They build up around the hinge and on top of the plunger and are fiddly to get at to return them to the basket.

Nice size quite sturdy, never had one before but does the job well. Would recommend

I have been cooking for over 40 years now and this is by far the best garlic press I have ever owned. It is a quality product with a quality feel. The head is large enough to take 4 cloves and the whole head separates so you can clean it easily. The garlic peeling also worked well...I live abroad and while the press was in the post Orblue contacted me to ask if it had arrived yet. We a couple of email exchanges which gave a reassuring sense of customer service. The press arrived two days earlier than shown on Amazon.Highly recommended!

I bought two as I use garlic a lot and wanted to be able to use the dishwasher. Very pleased with them - arrived pretty fast direct from China, and they are easy to use. I cut off the stem end of the cloves, push them in and crunch the handles together without peeling the cloves. Result is finely-minced garlic dropping into pan, and the remaining papery leaves can easily be poked out using a knife, with none of the flaff of dried leaves sticking to your fingers, and better garlic flavour than when chopped by hand (certainly in my case!). The handles provide good leverage (I am late-sixties with not very strong wrists after the ravages of time, surgery or broken arm in each arm, so although I may use two hands for the crunch, it is very easy to do). Being pure stainless steel, no problems for future with paint coming off etc.

Only used once so far. It cleaned easily enough as the residue garlic removed in one piece and then it went into the dishwasher. It does flip open into 3 parts which takes a little getting used to and it is heavy but the garlic it squeezed through was impressive so I’m happy!

Sturdy yet easy to handle and clean.I always worry about breaking more flimsy presses by this seems to be a different quality and strength.Easy to use and clean with the supplied brush.Great product.
