I bought a 16 ounce for my wife's coffee about a week before. I was impressed with the look and feel and my wife also liked the locking cover. I am usually the one who washes the mugs and was impressed with the quality of the mug and the lid. I was so impressed that I bought this larger mug for my wife's Pepsi and another 16 ounce for me. I like that they keep hot beverages hot longer and cold beverages cold without ice. No more warm, watered down sodas an hour after they were poured! So far, neither coffee with milk or hot cocoa have stained the lids. Other, similar mugs that we own require a little work to remove coffee or cocoa from the plastic lids. We follow the recommendation to hand wash the mugs. As one would expect, it is not spill proof if the hole is uncovered.

Saw a lot a good reviews on this mug and decided to bit the bullet and buy one for myself. I was soon disappointed to receive a damaged product.

I have used this mug daily for over 2 months. It is perfect for what I need it for, however, the lid has developed a crack from the drinking spout to the indent for the slide.
