Really good! I purchased this for my ice cream adventure with my new ice cream maker for pistachio ice cream. I added this to the custard where recipe would call for almond extract. The first batch I made with almond extract was disappointing as the taste overtakes the flavor. This pistachio extract provided an amazing profile. Have even used this for pistachio gelato and it brings the flavor you'd expect from an extract. The size is substantial, so felt given the flavor was worth the price & packaging for shipment well protected the glass container and the applicator as well. I'd definitely buy this again and try out some other flavors from this shop as well!

If you're addicted to pistache flavored espresso or matcha latte, save yourself some money and invest in the essence eather than buying artificially flavored and colored HFC syrups.This is good stuff and a few drops go a long way. Will likely experiment with baked goods come fall/winter, but for now it's a staple in my coffee barDelightful and this is the real deal. Great quality. Comes in an amber glass bottle with dropper for accurate measurements.Price is on par.

Okay, to be honest - they taste decent, but the labeling is f*’d up and we will no longer use them. Don’t tell me it’s CLEAN with no artificial colors and then list ingredients like propylene glycol, artificial flavors, and artificial colors. Red#40 & blue # 1 are most certainly artificial colors and Water is the only clean ingredient on the list. Not cool.

The price is fantastic and it makes my taro protein shakes even better. This is definitely going to be a frequent flyer purchase. Wonderful and tasty and I'm not getting the nasty aftertaste that extract often has. Absolutely could not be happier..I paid double this for a different brand thinking it would be better and I was wrong..also beautiful packaging which kept it safe from breaking. Excellent product, excellent packaging, just could not be happier.

Taste is pretty good and smells great. I use it for vaping and it works fine. I like that it comes securely packaged so there's no concern about it arriving broken or not. I also like that it comes with a dripper. I gave 4 stars only because in order to have the flavor come through, you have to use a lot. Even with having to use a lot it's going to last a good while.

I order Ube after watching a video about cocktail making. Let me just say that I am wanting to explore new tastes and unheard of foods. In making a particular cocktail, it was recommended to use a few drops of Ube. Having never heard of it before, I said, "why not?". I ordered a small bottle--OH MY, what a pleasant surprise. It is sweet but not sickeningly. It tastes of vanilla and mildly like a berry. The flavor and smell are familiar but new, meaning not necessarily identifiable. In an average cocktail, you use only a few drops. The quality is superb. And, they bottle many other tastes and extracts. My next move with it is to try it in baking or cooking.

Great packaging, cheesecake flavor smells more like movie theater popcorn and doesn’t taste like cheesecake. I wouldn’t buy this one but I’m curious to try other flavors

I think I like it! 2 days in on the Pistachio. My 30 oz. flagon of coffee takes about 24 drops to fully pistachize it. Tastes good and meets my expectations. Now I can have a nice flavored coffee easily, by using this DOLCE FLAV along with a better non-caloric sweetener than all those other syrups and creamers with sugar, corn syrup or labotomizing sweeteners.
