Q: Heats how many square feet?

I would use this in a small office area or such. Nothing larger than 15-20 Sf.

Q: Do I need to refill the oil？

No. The heater is completely sealed and the oil never evaporates or disappears. No refill or change needed forever.

Q: When the heater is on, if the power shuts off, will the heater come back on automatically when the power is restored?

It should come back on. Once you have turned the knobs to the setting you want, you must turn one of them to the off position. It is not digital like my mini heater, which will not come back on. My advice; is to get a surge protector but make sure it will support the radiator.

Q: How expensive is this to run? Is it the same cost as running a regular space heater

It's no more expensive to run than any other heater of this standard. I only run it at level 2 and it covers my room. Good buy.
