Give him a bath and he's perfect! Comes out of the bag very sad and limp, don't be discouraged.
Like others have said, out of the bag its sad, pathetic, limp, and wrinkly, seriously underfluffed. But following the advice some people have said, I put him in the washer and dryer for a full cycle and he looks perfect :) No wrinkles, well-fluffed, not limp. Give your Blahoge (Blahaj's Amazon cousin) some love and give him a bath, and he'll be fine! After pic attached, sorry but I didn't think to take a before. Get it if you're on the fence!

Sad and droopy
This has to be a joke. I didn't check reviews before I ordered this in a pinch to get here by christmas for my son. I opened it and yes, like others said it was overly vacuum packed, but I just ordered some other stuffed animals that came packaged similarly and they fluffed up just fine, so I wasn't worried. Once I got it out of the packaging, it quickly became apparent that it wasn't even halfway stuffed. The area where the belly meets the tail has no stuffing, you can feel the disconnect between the 2 globs of stuffing. The fins are floppy and disconnected, and the body of it is loose and wrinkly. I read reviews and tossed it into the dryer like some said but that just got rid of some of the packaging wrinkles. What little stuffing is there is so soft and cheap feeling that you can't fluff it up and stretch it out. I haven't meaaured it yet but in length it does feel and look smaller than the 40 inches i expected, but i wouldnt be mad about that if it was a STUFFED animal! Severely disappointed and honestly embarrassed to give this to my child.

He needed a little extra stuffing but now he's perfect
I got some memory foam fill pillows that were over stuffed so I filled out this guys fins with it the excess and now he's the perfect body pillow. He's the perfect shape!

More stuffing?!
As others have previously said, it doesn't have nearly enough stuffing. That is basically the only thing this shark needs; to be fuller. I tried to even out the stuffing inside, and it doesn't budge.

Squishy and soft
Great to hug and cuddle and sleep with. Also works as a pillow good for sleeping.
