Good Mouse, Nice Size, Customizable
I like the look and feel of this mouse. I also like how programmable everything is on it. I used it to replace my Logitech MX Master 2S, and I'm very happy with it.The battery life is disappointing, but I bought the wireless charging puck, and I have a mousepad with a charging area, so it's easy to deal with. It's not a great value for the money, unless you get it for under $100. Accuracy is excellent, and adjustable, which is nice. Click quality is good, but I would prefer it were quieter.Overall, a great mouse if you're okay with the tradeoffs compared to the competition.

If I Ever Buy Another Mouse In The Future, It's Gonna Be This One Again
i honestly only bought this because my old one (same model in black) didn't match my setup anymore. i've used this model for years and have never had any issues; no latency issues, firm clicks with well positioned side buttons, easy to clean, long cord when plugged in, grips on the side are very nice, glides well, scroll wheel is very high quality. sure, the razer synapse software has a mind of its own sometimes, but it's easy to use, the lights have a wide range of color, and i will probably never use a different model of mouse for the rest of my life. i love this mouse to the extent that any other mouse i use feels gross because its not this one.

Great and Comfortable All-rounder Mouse
Ordered Used - Like New. Arrived without the box but with all the included parts. Very happy with the quality of the mouse, and it feels very comfortable for my big hands, even with a palm grip. The weight feels very nice, lighter than expected in a good sense. And the accuracy is superb. The scroll wheel works well with MacOS. I tried it with my PS5 and PC as well, without any issues so far.The build quality is good, feels premium, although a bit clickier sounding compared to my Logitech MX Master 3S (as expected tbh).Would recommend as an all rounder mouse for gaming and productivity across all these platforms. My only problem is the lack of official software for MacOS, but most of its configurations work well.

More upgrades over the Basilisk Ultimate than they talk about.
As of now it's great, it's more of an upgrade over the Basilisk Ultimate than they're letting on, like for example, on both of my Basilisk Ultimates, if the mouse went to sleep from being idle, it would take a good 5+ seconds from when you move the thing to before it starts actually tracking, leaving you jiggling your mouse around waiting for the pointer to move or for your monitor to come out of sleep. With this one as soon as you touch it it wakes up and starts tracking, even after waiting over night, pretty much like how a wired mouse would behave, which is huge for me.Other than that it's a great mouse, feels better in the hand than the ultimate, better texture, harder rubber, left and right click feel considerably better than the ultimate with less dead zone play and better click feel, the clutch wheel is great, I love how it's weighted and you can just fling it even when it's in clicky mode like on the old g502 before Logi lightened their clutch wheels, USB-C is a welcome change over Micro-B, just wish the dock wasn't eternally sold out.will update if I run into any problems.

Sleep feature that cannot be disabled, tech support is absolutely garbage
I bought this mouse to replace an aging Logitech wireless mouse that has seen been discontinued. The hardware itself is well-built and comfortable. The mouse has a "feature" that puts itself to sleep after so many minutes, and this feature cannot be disabled. Not being able to disable this is a bad software design, and many people complain about this in various online forums. It takes getting used to the fact that I have to shake my mouse to wake up. If this had been the only issue, I could have learned to adjust. But no, the overall experience quickly went downhill from there. The software nagged me about a firmware update, so I gave in and installed it. Now, the mouse does not shake awake. I have to physically turn it off and back on once it goes to sleep. And again, the software will not let this feature be disabled to work around this firmware issue.I contact support via email form submission, and explain this issue, filling out the long list of information Razer asks for as part of opening a support ticket. Over a week goes by and I finally get a response from Support Person A, who provides me a link to a help webpage on how to charge the mouse. That's not the issue so I reply back stating such. A day later, I get another reply from Support Person B with another link to another webpage that explains that its best to turn the mouse off when charging it, and explains how to do that. Again, I reply back saying they are not reading my issue, and I reiterate the issue to them. Today, I get another response from Support Person C that asks me to fill out all the demographics and purchase info I provided in the first email, which all that info is already in the email thread. It has become clear their support people do not want to take the time to work on an issue, and rather send cookie-cutter form responses hoping that I either go away, or the ticket lands on someone else's queue to deal with.

Awesome gaming mouse for my son
Bought this Razer Basilisk V3 Pro for my son and he’s been loving it! The mouse feels super premium and the customizable controls make it perfect for gaming and even homework (he actually uses those extra buttons for shortcuts and macros). The scroll wheel is super smooth and the RGB lighting looks amazing. He loves tweaking the colors.Performance-wise it’s flawless. The tracking is accurate, there’s zero noticeable lag and it feels great in hand. He says it’s comfortable even after hours of Fortnite or Minecraft sessions. My only gripe and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery life. It’s decent but it doesn’t quite hit the mark promised especially if you’re using the RGB lights. We have to charge it more often than expected so keep that in mind if you’re a heavy gamer or forgetful about plugging things in.Overall, highly recommend this for any serious gamer especially if you want top-notch features and customization. Just be ready to keep that charging cable nearby!
