There is no drawstring... kinda thought that was a given, totally my fault for not noticing. So the length & fit for the legs are great,a little long, but not ridiculously long... waist, loose. She's 10yrs old, about 4'10", 99lbs. She'll grow in to them, but for now she'll have to be mindful of the "plumbers crack"

Bought these for my wife despite her saying don’t by them. She loves them. Soft and comfy. Not too tight or too loose. No draw string or pockets, but they’re great for around the house. She is 4’11” 100lbs and the kids large fit great, just had to roll the elastic top down.

They are comfortable and soft. I ordered them for my kid to have a little room to grow, due to it stating that they have a drawstring closure. They do not! Just a bit too big without being able to adjust the waist.

Pros:Color and length: The color of the sweatpants is beautiful for an 8 year old, exactly as shown in the product image. Additionally, the length is perfect, providing a comfortable fit around the ankles.Comfort: The material is soft and cozy making them great for lounging or going to school.Cons: Width: unfortunately the width of these sweatpants was much larger than expected. The fit around the waist and hips was surprisingly loose.Recommendation: As this is a youth sweatpants, I don’t think sizing down would help, as the length could be impacted. A drawstring version would solve this issue.

My grand daughter loves these

Crotch seam broke open on second wearing. I'd seen a few other reviewers comment on this, and I thought "oh I'm sure they're exaggerating that it broke open on the first wear, or that their child only wore the pants for a few hours. The kid probably wore them for a few months and/or was a wild child. Besides, it's an easy fix." But now I've been humbled. My very calm/chill daughter wore them for a few hours the first time, and I noticed it about three hours into the second wearing. Maybe it split in the wash. No matter. I have a needle and thread and I can fix the seam, but I should be fixing the pants so we can hand them down to my second daughter, not so my first daughter can wear them for more than two days.That said, they are cute and soft and looong, which is what I wanted. My daughter just turned 3 yrs old a few months ago, and she is so tall that she wears 5T already. The XS (4/5) pants are suuuper long on her, so I think she might be able to get a full year out of these....assuming the seams hold up. Posted photos with measurements in case they help anyone else.
