Great service
We used this pump at our remote off-grid cabin for 10 months and the pressure switch started intermittently malfunctioning. Contacted product support for company and explained issues, I said they could replace pump or pressure switch if under warranty. They emailed me and after address confirmation they shipped New Pump no questions asked. Great customer service and support, would definitely recommend them. The pump worked great for a while, just switch problem, the pump worked bypassing switch.

Worth it
This was an incredibly frustrating process, of getting this pump to work (hang with me).I connected this pump into a solar controller with a battery and solar panel. Everything was set right but the pump didn’t start. After some trial and error, figured out that the pump required more than a 10A controller. So, I tried it again with a 20A controller and it started right up.I was super confused though, as no water was pulling in or leaving the pump. Long story short, I didn’t notice the red cap inside the inlet and outlet. I removed the clear plastic ones covering the whole thing, but I didn’t think there would be another. After I removed those, the pump worked beautifully. It’s actually super powerful. I pull water from my rain barrel for my garden and it was able to fire more than halfway across my obnoxiously large garden.Simply put, this is a good pump

So far so good..
The media could not be loaded. So far so good. Plenty of pressure! A great price compared to 300$ for some pumps in the Alaska marine stores. Stand by for an update to keep the five stars..After running this pump in my boat for five straight days, it works like a champ. Still going strong keeping pressure.

A little noisy but gets the job done.
As a passionate RV owner who values convenience and reliability on the road, I can confidently say that the WASSERMANN RV Pump is a solid choice for any camper looking to upgrade their water system. This 12V self-priming RV water pressure pump delivers an impressive 4.0GPM at 45PSI, ensuring a steady flow of water for all my needs. One of the standout features of this pump is its performance. The water pressure is consistent and strong, making tasks such as showering, washing dishes, and filling up tanks quick and efficient. It's reliable and delivers the water flow I need to make my RV experience more comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of installation, the WASSERMANN RV Pump was straightforward and easy to set up. I appreciated the user-friendly design that allowed me to connect it to my existing water system without any hassle. The self-priming feature worked like a charm, saving me time and effort during the setup process. While the pump itself is efficient and effective, I must mention that it is a bit noisy during operation. The sound level is noticeable, especially in quieter settings, which may be a consideration for those who prefer a quieter camping experience. However, I found that the noise was a minor trade-off for the performance and reliability that this pump offers.Overall, the WASSERMANN RV Pump is a reliable and efficient water pressure pump that has enhanced my RV adventures. Despite being a little noisy, its performance and ease of use make it a valuable addition to my camping setup. If you're in need of a sturdy and dependable water pump for your RV, the WASSERMANN RV Pump is definitely worth considering.

A good replacement for the Pentair
Bought this pump as a spare. As a full time RV’er it’s always good to have a backup when out boondocking or pipes that freeze that supply water to your system.Didn’t think I needed it right away. Two months after purchasing this pump my original pump failed.I was referred to the Wassermann as a direct replacement for my Pentair. For some reason I thought that the 5 gpm would be better than the original 3 gpm which was around the same price. When my pump arrived I immediately noticed the motor was a 1” or more longer. Checked to make sure I had enough room and it looked good. Fittings were the same size and they also send a new screen filter and extra fittings and adapters. Not needed, but most manufacturers only send the pump. When I installed, except the motor was longer, everything was a good match. When I tested it, I noticed a flicker in my ceiling lights. Checked the difference in amps and found the Pentair 3 gpm had a maximum of 7.5 amp and the Wassermann 5 gpm had a 15 amp max. Oops, my bad. The gauge of the electrical wires were the same, but I guess the draw might be a little much for that circuit. So I’ll order the exact replacement and keep this one as a backup.Performance is good and noise is about the same as the Pentair

Waste of Money for Me
Bought three of these. All were primed and water flowing freely and powerfully. Pumps pressure sensor worked properly, stopping the pumps once pressure was achieved. Tested this with a water pressure gauge, cut off at 55psi. Used the pumps to water garden from large 330gal water containers, all were working well, however, after about 5 min of use, each pump became so hot that internal plastic pieces melted and pumps stopped functioning. Contacted company and they wanted my to electrically these the units. All were used with standard 120v household outlets. I'm not an electrician and didn't know what to test. Total waste of money.

Quality product
Easy install. Appears to be a quality product. A little louder than the one it replaced in camper.

Quiet and tough...
I have 3 20 gallon trashcans connected together where I gather rain water. I have 800 gallon bladder for storing the rain water. I use the pump to pull from the cans and push to the bladder or pull from bladder and push to sprayers. We use the rain water to water our gardens. I did not use the filter at first. Big mistake. After a while it stopped holding pressure. I took the front end off and was easily able to remove the small debris. I thought the diaphragm would be damaged, but it was not. I put it back together and all is well. And I put the filter on the intake. When my trashcans are full, it takes about 30 minutes to transfer to bladder, so I added a small 12 volt fan. I didnt need to, but when it gets to 100 degrees here in Texas, it can't hurt.Very happy with the pump.
