The sand collapses.
The sand is too moist or something (I am no scientist). As soon as you lift the mould, the sand has collapsed and you can not see what you just created. Even without touching it the sand moves alone. We have other kinetic sand which is brilliant, but sadly not this one. It went straight in the rubbish.
