I had one in the morning and one at night, which might have been too acidic that my stomach started hurting the next day. I’m not completely sure if it’s because of the Apple cider vinegar or because other food I ate (my friend ate the same food and was fine), but my stomach hurt a lot throughout the day after that, had diarrhea, and threw up. it could be food poisoning from other things, but this might also be too acidic for my stomach to handle
