Weber grills are great, but mine is missing parts.
Received my new Weber grill and got it put together fairly quick. I have always owned both gas and charcoal Weber grills and have always been happy with them. My grill didn’t have the char-baskets that were supposed to be included. I contacted Weber support and they responded quickly. They said the baskets were on back order, but would email me when they were shipped out. I had to contact them again and now that the baskets are in stock, they sent them out the next day.

Still these charcoal grill/ smoker built
Weber quality barbecue equipment has been consistent for decades. I’ve had several charcoal and gas grills over the years, but none compare. The taste of charcoal cooked over gas grilled cooked is amazing. That smokey sear you just can’t get with gas. This grill is easy to clean, regulate heat, and move around. Lid on and its a great quick smoker .

Great Workhorse Grill
After the last 15 years with my Big Green Egg, the absolute fussiest outdoor grill I have ever had, this was a breeze. There's nothing complicated about putting it together, it worked perfectly, it is easy to clean and it doesn't weigh the same as a Cadillac, which made my BGE almost impossible to move around. That's why it now lives at my neighbor's house in Illinois and we now live in Arizona. This was exactly what I was looking for!

Charcoal is the best!!
It’s been a while since I have used a charcoal grill and I must say I can’t believe how much I have missed it. This grill is outstanding and is quick and easy to use.

Great grill
This is our second Weber grill. This one is an upgrade from the first which we had for many years. We really like it. Cooks great. This one looks really nice, too. Would definitely buy again.

Can beat the flavor
I love owned pellet smokers propane grills and now this charcoal grill. There is something about the ritual of starting the coals and learning how to adjust the heat I enjoy. You definitely can’t beat the charcoal flavor. I’d recommend buying a Weber charcoal chimney to make starting your coals easy. Overall great product. Can’t beat the 10 year warranty.

Great grill!
Assembly was a bit of a pain getting the legs on but not a big deal. It’s a great Weber kettle with some nice features. Really enjoying cooking on it!
