why was this mascara dried up and clotted upon receipt
Does this smudge? I must have oily skin because almost all mascaras smudge under my eyes, even waterproof ones.
Does it really wash off? one of the reasons i seldom wear make-up is i hate how difficult it is to get it off at the end of the day. thanks.

Amazing Mascara 👏
I love how after a couple of strokes my eyelashes are covered, I don't have to worry about false eyelashes coming off because I'm too hot ( yes my eyelids sweat 🙃) all in all it's my go to mascara ( especially women of a certain age ! X

colossal volume express mascara
Best mascara that i have tried. Will be sticking with this. Doesn't seem to go as far as some i've used but lashes appear longer and thicker. A good buy.

Maybe you got a bad tube. If you add a few eye drops and swirl the brush around this should help with the dryness! Avoid eye drops that are for redness though.
