Great at controlling household plant pests!
I recommend this product to ANYONE dealing with fungus gnats or spider mites. I'm on my second bottle, and its saved more than a few of my babies, namely my calathea freddie which came home with a moderate spider mite infestation. It had a bunch of new, tighly coiled leaves that were harboring lots of the bugs, and by dipping a qtip in this product and swirling/dabbing it down into the leaves, it helped keep them under control well enough until the light misting could reach the whole leaf.Word of caution - this is a pyrethrin/oil combo, so applying all over and leaving your plant in direct light isn't a great idea. The sunlight on the oil can lead to leaf burn. I moved mine to indirect light until after the bugs were gone and I could wipe the leaves down again with a little lightly soapy water on a paper towel. The upside is that leaves look shiny and great after treatment!Aside from applying to the plant itself, I spritzed the top layer of the soil and worked it in with a chopstick a couple times to help eliminate any eggs or bugs hiding below the surface. I know I should probably use a systemic product too, but so far this has worked fine.

Works well against aphids!
I bought a plant that had root aphids and ended up spreading them to all my plants in that room before I noticed. It took several weeks worth of applications to kill the bugs - I think it worked well against adults but not as well against eggs/larvae. I didn't have any plants die from this spray (crassula, aeonium, kalanchoe, adenium, christmas/thanksgiving cactus). It smells potent, so I kept my pets away and didn't spray it near the aquarium.

Simple, works on aphids, and non-toxic based on active ingredient (pyrethrin)
I bought some succulents that happened to have aphids. A single treatment was not enough, but after three simple treatments (one per week - just sprayed the plants), the aphids are gone!

The gnats came back after two weeks. I will ...
The gnats came back after two weeks. I will try spraying again. But the results are not immediate, and you still need yellow sticky strips to kill the live gnats.
