**Updated Review:I wrote the below review a little while, then (without me requesting it) the vendor reached out to me wanting to resolve my issue, I explained the situation and they replaced my unit in a timely manner. I already received my replacement which works well just like the first one. It is rare to get such great customer support these days, for that and the fact that for the price you do get a good product, I will buy from this vendor again.*Worked well but only last a couple of months*Stopped working after 2 months (used no more than 7-8 times), even tried changing to fresh batteries.It was working well "while it worked" for the price....hence the 3 stars. Perhaps I just got a 'lemon' and others had better luck with the units they received! Luckily I didn't pay that much for it.

I first purchased this handheld frother in August 2021, and we are approaching our 4-year anniversary with no issues!! As long as this little frother has batteries, it'll pack a punch. And it has worked flawlessly for those four years, and even gone down in price since I first bought it. It is soooo easy to clean and froths all dairy milk very well. For non-dairy milks I'd recommend a more powerful frother, but even with a top-of-the-line frother it is hard to do non-dairy milks. It's compact and has endured through every single attempt to mix or froth liquid, even down to my electrolyte mix or my magnesium powder. Definitely recommend for the price!!!

It works well. But after the initial batteries grew weak and I had to change the batteries, it stopped working. I took out the new batteries and put them back in, but then noticed that the batteries just dropped in and was loose. I noticed that the little tab that makes contact with the battery was flat and no longer stuck out to make firm contact with the battery. So I took a paper clip, slipped it behind the tab and carefully pulled it forward. I did this for both battery contacts. And after reinserting the batteries, it worked. The manufacturer should use a battery metal contact material that has more spring back properties. But when you do the above fix, be careful that you pull the tab slowly and not too far out. If that tab breaks, then the device is junk.

I like this little frother...it has plenty of power and does not take up much storage room. I wish it was rechargeable but for the lower price I can use batteries. I have used it every day for two weeks and the batteries are still strong.

Nice frother with some power behind it. I will be honest, I did have an issue with the original one I received. It seemed to be defective. I contacted their customer service and they promptly responded. It was an very easy and pleasant process. They were polite and apologetic about the item not working properly. They immediately sent a replacement. I'm even got a handwritten thank you card which I can appreciate
