Great Quality
From initial impression, these cups are amazing! I do know that with wooden lids, you have to be careful not to let them sit in water for long periods or remain dirty as mold will grow and it's impossible to remove. If there's a food safe way to seal the wood, it'd be perfect otherwise. The cleaning tools it comes with are perfect and very handy, the sponge is removable, making it easy to clean thoroughly when needed or replace easily with another sponge. The glass seems to be a good density, I'm sure it could shatter like any glass cup could at a certain height, but it doesn't feel too thin when holding it or placing it down on hard surfaces. The large metal straw is durable, easy to clean and the perfect size for sucking up boba if you include it in your teas. The design of the bottle is also ergonomic and stylish!

It is simply very good! Straw, lid, seal and the glass container... all good and very long lasting,

Scrubber is useless
Scrubber was useless, but I don't care about the scrubber wand. The cups are large and great, and thick! Great quality.

Not what I expected
The lids get moldy no matter how much you take care of them and even if you keep dry lid they always going to get wet

Broke within the first month
The bottom half broke while I was washing it in less than 30 days. I didn't even drop it, it just cracked and broke. Unfortunately, it's past the return period.

Very car friendly
They are definitely glass so you have to take care not to break them but they are easy to hold and fit easily into my cars cup holders. I love the kids but not the straws. They are too big for me to use.

Mold very easily
You need to wash dry and sanitize directly after use or they mold.
