It fits !
Purchased to mount some zoom binoculars that I have had for about 5 years and never really used ( too difficult to hold steady,) this adapter appears to work and fits on a small portable tripod , with no issues. For the price , very happy.

Essential accessory for heavier binoculars & weaker arms...
Fits in a spare pocket, inside the lens cloth storage pouch on the carrying bag supplied with my Eschenbach Sektor D 8x56 Binoculars - see additional review elsewhere for these excellent optics. Why don't UK binocular manufacturers think of those little details, like the Germans...?

Not as displayed in the photo.
The adaptor is thin enough for my Opticron T3 Pathfinder binoculars, however, the knurled nut shown on the item page has a headed slot for tightening the adaptor, the one supplied does not and due to the finger spacing on the T3's, it is not possible to get a fully tightened fit. The other issue being either the rubber grommet is too think or the threaded fastening is too short making for a "barely there fit". It will do, but only after some reworking. Poor.

Ok but binoculars (Nikon Aculon A211) have too much movement when attached.Tried without the rubber washer but that made it worse.I'm guessing it's just a mis-match.
