I started taking these so to help me sleep throughout the night as I’ve had issues staying asleep the entire night, I’ll wake up every few hours and think I need to pee so I go pee (even though I don’t really need to go) and then I’d go back to sleep which is quite tedious and annoying to do a few times throughout the nightI do feel like those did help in combination with a few other things and they didn’t work from night one I had to take them for a week or so before I started sleeping throughout the whole night. I did read somewhere tho you need to let the nutrients build up or whatever (idk I googled it.)I don’t know though if it was placebo or not because I do also tell myself before going to sleep to sleep through the whole night and when I do that I also do tend to not wake up throughout the night so idk 😭😭But the combination of the magnesium and telling myself to sleep throughout the whole night, definitely does work which makes me think is it placebo?

Started a keto diet a few months ago and after a couple weeks found myself with restless legs/minor muscle twitching, likely due to the sudden drop in electrolytes. Started taking these, initially 2x per day but now only 1x per day and haven't had it since.I've also never slept so good! I take these at night before bed and whilst they don't necessarily make me sleepy, when I am sleeping, I am out like a light for the whole night. Highly recommend for that aspect alone!If new to taking them, a couple points to note - it may take a week or so before you see a benefit from them as I believe they have to build up in your system, especially if you are deficient so definitely recommend persevering. They can also cause loose bowels if taken in suddenly high doses, so I would advise starting off with one per day then increase after a while if required. Or stick to the one per day if they work for you at that dose, which I have found 👍

The dose is 2x per night 30 mins before bed, I fall asleep quickly and sleep so deeply I feel a bit thick headed in the morning, so I take 1x at night now and get the same effect minus the thick headedness. I take this with L-theanine. Do your research re contraindications before taking any supplement.

No issues with the magnesium but I do have an issue with the size of the capsule. I take medication daily so generally don't have any issues with taking tablets, this however is HUGE and makes me gag/ feel like I will vomit every single time I take it - and it puts me off wanting to take it. I wish that with supplements especially, that they showed the actual size of them

This Supplement helps me to boost energy levels at work, doing physically demanding jobs. Also aids digestion.Very good.

These pills as a supplement are great. The ingredients are spot on and the quality of the product is good.Loses a star as the pills are simply outrageously big, I’ve not taken one yet that’s not tried to choke me to death. If you don’t like taking pills then avoid. They are about 4 times the size of a regular Nurofen tablet.
