Alexent Sofa Sleeper Couch for Living Room Fabric Pull Out Couch Bed w/Storage

I have two small children so while I wanted a new sectional couch with a sleeper, I did not want to spend what I'd have had to to really check all my boxes on the perfect couch. I am liking this couch so far but I'm not expecting it to last super long. Here's some things to know about this couch:1. The dimensions. The only dimensions I could find in the listing stated it's 92" x 92" x whatever the height. I could tell from the picture that was bollocks but I decided to take a gamble on the assumption that if the shorter side really is 92" then the longer side would probably come out to be about 115". I was right. It's 92" x 116" and the chaise comes out 58". Now y'all can decide with confidence if this couch will fit in your space.2. The couch is NOT a solid light gray. It's a few shades of gray all woven together and from a distance it looks light gray. I don't love the fabric color honestly. Since I don't typically view my couch from a distance, I sit on it and therefore see the fabric up close, I have to say that had I known this I would not have bought it. But when I opened the box and saw it I kept going so I guess it wasn't a deal breaker for me either. But if you're looking for solid light gray this is not that.3. The roll out bed is awesome. We had an Ikea sleeper that was clunky and annoying cuz we use it every day. But this is smooth and so easy to pull up and put away for daily use. I hope the construction lasts!4. I find it very comfortable. It's not a super high back so there's no real head support unless you're pretty much laying down. It's soft and firm at the same time, I love that about it.5. The fabric. I mentioned the color but otherwise it is very soft. But it's also very thin. It moves around in the cushion a lot and I've only had it a few days and I'm starting to see bunching and wrinkles that I have to go smooth out (see pictures). I'm constantly afraid it's going just rip wide open but my kids jump all over it and do far no rips soooo... So far it seems to clean up easily. My husband even spilled hot sauce on it the second day we had it and it came right up thank goodness.6. The back cushions Velcro so they aren't always getting out of place. Love that.So I wouldn't buy it again just cuz I don't care for the color and flimsy feel of the fabric. But for the price, considering we needed a sleeper sofa that we weren't going to be too concerned about the kids beating up, I do consider that overall it's a good buy. Ok hope this helps!

Customer service has been a nightmare to get in contact with. I emailed 2 different emails and called and left voicemails. NO RESPONSE! The pull out part on my couch broke within a few months. No one is heavy set and we rarely pulled out the bottom to make a bed. This is crazy! 1200 down the drain!

I never leave reviews for anything but this sofa needed more reviews. I don’t normally buy anything that only has a few reviews but I took a gamble on this sofa because it’s exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE it! Seriously could not be happier. The fabric feels great. The pillows are Velcro to the back. It’s definitely a little tough to put the sections together if you’re doing it by yourself. The storage compartment stays up when lifted. The roll out sleeper is super easy to roll in and out. Seriously if you’re looking for a couch that can do it all and not cost an arm and a leg, this gamble turned out to be perfect for me!

Bought this couch because of the sleeper sofa aspect and i really wanted a sectional. I absolutely love this couch it’s comfortable and well made with the exception for the one back piece is lower than the chase which is pictured in other reviews…. that section is against a wall so it’s not a big deal to me…. Any who my only PROBLEM is that amazon listed this as free shipping so being i already spent over $1000 on a couch i was delighted. The thing is amazon doesn’t deliver it, its delivered from and other freight shipper and they contact u make sure you’ll be available during such and such hours. Upon day of delivery i find out that it’ll be a $350 charge to have them actually deliver it to my apartment door. I’m a single mom who lives on the third floor so it’s a pretty awful situation to be put into when u already paid for the couch… and it’s being delivered!!! Smh other than the false narrative it’s free shipping i love my new couch!

This sectional sofa has to be the best investment I’ve ever made! I took a big chance buying this online without seeing in-person and it was a perfect choice. I am 100% happy with the versatility and storage.. The company was amazing to work with, and took care of any questions/concerns I had. It was very easy to assemble and arrived in four boxes.

Quality: Feels like a couch worth way more than what we paid for it. The material feels nice, not too soft and not too hardAssembly: Was very straight forward to assemble, only thing was that on the inside of one of the pieces a wooden plank came off of the staples. It was an easy fix though all I did was put in a screw and it was even betterMisc: The pull out bed feels a little wobbly when extended, it kinda shifts side to side but not really a problem as of now.Would recommend to purchase

So far we like it very much. We have plenty of room for all 3 grandkids and myself to sleep comfortably. It is a little firm but still comfortable. The shipping was slow and hard to get a set delivery date and it came over a week late. But the product is exactly what is advertised.

I bought the couch for my large living area. It is a perfect fit and very comfortable. I like the pull out features that can be a bed or just more seating room.
