The 4 mil plastic is thick and sturdy, didn't have to worry about accidental ripping. I got a 2 pk of the Queen size just to make sure they were big enough because I wanted one of them on the mattress on my pull out couch that's never used, but didn't want to spend the money for a high quality encasement for it like our other mattresses and the measurements for a full seemed like it wouldn't be quite wide enough and then the other bag is just going on an XL twin mattress that I'm throwing away. It was easy to get on both and folded over the plastic at the top to use tape to seal them. In my case, I think I would've been fine with the thinner plastic since 1 is being thrown away and one was folded into the couch never to be seen again probably lol but I was able to fold the couch back in with no issue and can't even tell it's on there even with it being oversized.If I ever need these again I'll order same brand from here again.

These are a good price for the use. We used them for throwing away a couple of twin box springs (needed for actual trash collection). I would not use these for moving, one of them ripped easily putting it on, so we just taped it up. I think these are a little thin for moving and handling. Storage or disposal would be fine.

This plastic mattress cover is great for storing a mattress in the garage and for moving.Theres plenty of "wiggle room" for the mattress so its easy to put away. Highly recommend.

The plastic could be thicker but they served its purpose.
