This pillow is so comfy. I took a pic of a hotel pillow because it was so comfortable. I ordered it it and was not disappointed.

These pillows come beautifully packaged from Marriott. I can’t say that I’ve ever seen a more delightful unboxing experience the way that it’s packaged. Each goal also comes securely zipped inside a handy Carrie/protector bag… Which adds to the sense of high-quality. That being said, however, the pillows were too firm for both my wife and myself. I know pill comfort is a highly subjective thing, but I felt the pillow tilted my head up just a bit too high for neck comfort. But that’s just me, your experience might be different.

I’ve been complaining about waking with a headache and a sore neck for over a year. My granddaughter recommended the Marriott pillow to me and said she couldn’t sleep comfortably without hers. So, I finally ordered two and now my husband and I are sleeping soundly with no head and neck pain. He was happy with his down pillow but said the Marriott pillow was much more comfortable. It conforms to your head and neck without collapsing flat and supports your head and neck. It keeps you cool too. No more hot pillows! We love them.

When I contacted Marriott about this, the response was that I selected a down alternative pillow, like it was expected that a down alternative pillow would go flat sooner than a traditional feather pillow. Take a look at their listing...it clearly says that the pillow will last LONGER.Then..they had the humorous suggestion that I could return any unused product. UNUSED product??? It's a pillow. If I open the package and sleep on it, it's used.Big fail, Marriott. Big fail.

Love them with a passion sleep well

Very comfortable pillow, not really sure about loft retention however. It needs to be fluffed every few days to keep its comfort.

As with many other reviews, I stayed at a Marriott in Montreal and experienced this pillow for the first time. Wow. The volume of the pillow is supportive but forgiving enough for shoulders and weight of your head. I am a bit if a pillow snob and go through pillows quite often. My pillows arrived today. With the very first squeeze and my head relaxing on the pillow, I know this is going to be a great sleeping relationship. 😴

I liked the pillows I received a couple of months ago so much that I ordered 2 more. Unfortunately the 2nd order was 2 totally different pillows.
