This Santoku knife is fabulous! It’s the second I’ve had. After over a decade of use, my first was unfortunately nicked beyond the ability to sharpen it out. This is a budget knife that handles like best in class. Absolutely perfect for any home chef, for daily use or occasional slicing. Please note the santoku blade is utterly essential for slicing things like potatoes or cheese etc.…foods that typically stick to a knife no longer do. This creates a much nicer cut as well as a much safer one. Buy this knife if you are thinking of investing. You will not regret it.

This set is absolutely ideal! Very sturdy set of 4 steak knives, from a well known manufacturer. The knives are also very thin, like stiletto daggers, and very sharp. One rinse under hot water, and anything comes right off. Have not put them in a dishwasher. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a great set, that doesn't kill the wallet.

Fair price for a 4 pc set. Stainless steel. They seem like they are good quality.

Amazing knife, well balanced, I’d buy it again. It cus precisely and quickly. Good weight and feel. I’ve been hand washing it, since my old one got rust stains from other items when in the dishwasher. (I have one from 20 years ago and it’s been my favorite too until I snapped the tip off.)

I have ran these through the dishwasher several times now and they come out looking brand new. After I read some of the other reviews where the knives got spotted, I made sure I always wash them on the top rack and I use the silverware holder that keeps them upright so water drains off. If you are looking for inexpensive knives that can go in the dishwasher, these are perfect.
