Very easy to use even if you have osteoarthritis in your hands.Ratchet action is extremely functional, grinds well.Not too heavy and is an iconic design.Thought they seemed a little pricey at first but now I know they're worth every penny.As a result, I now possess a total of three; white one for sea salt, red one for black peppercorns and green one for Sechuan peppercorns

Very good quality and easy to fill. Robust material, decent size for a family. Excellent performance. Grinds peppercorns easily and very attractive. Have previously used traditional salt and pepper mills. Much prefer these.

My hands are arthritic so I find it difficult to use the normal grinders. These are excellent, so easy to operate. I have one each for salt and pepper. I have the stainless steel one for pepper, which looks a bit more stylish, and the plastic one for salt. They are both equally effective. Highly recommended.

the item is appears to be working well etc ....However the package and condition it was sent is far from satisfactory .... it does not come boxed or protected in any way just loose in a amazon paper envelope . and its only luck it was not damaged.

I was sceptical when ordering this because other pepper grinders I've bought in the past have never given a proper fine ground black pepper. This does, its easy to adjust and the ratchet mechanism is so easy to use, filling is simple just open the shoot on the side. I've just ordered another for the caravan.

We use ours for pepper corns. It's so easy to use. Love it!
