Electrical adaptor USA not UK
Was sent with a USA power adaptor and no uk option. Either have to buy a USA to uk adaptor or send it back. How is it allowed to send a product without the correct electrical adaptor. Very poor.

Not suitable for UK
No UK plug provided so you have to buy an adaptor for US plug. Poor for an expensive product. Also LED light in transparent part never goes out, even when fully charged. Irritating and a waste of electricity.
