The media could not be loaded.  It’s light, quite easy to open with one hand and very spacious inside.

Lightweight, easy to pack, very maneuverable.

It does pack more than usual clamshell. And I personally love the colour. I’m really glad it’s not a bright white. Someone said it’s more putty or bone white. I will add it could be described as Ash white. A great neutral colour that goes with my favourite tan, taupe and beige palette. I actually sat on it to rest and wait for a train (as per demonstration video) and it was completely intact. Useful for future waits needed where there is no seating! A great buy as I got it in the Amazon prime day sale too.

I liked it’s top opening for easy of packing and it maneuverability on differing surfaces .The fact I can push rather then drag it make it so much easier . It also has a wide area to balance an additional bag on top so has made travelling so much easier .I haven’t yet taken it on a flight ,I just hope it passes for a carryon .All in all I’m am pleased with my purchase

Zipper broke off on just second use so that the TSA lock (main reason for buying ) is useless, and when suitcase is full one zip isnt enough to keep it securely closed.

I bought the carry-on first, it's expensive but worth it. The 26” was on sale, had to get too. Can't wait to flaunt these babies on my next trip 😍

Hello, if you could advise on how to deal with this issue under warranty, I would really appreciate it please . As can be seen from the pictures, the cases have had no hardship.

This is a great suitcase. I was able to do a 7 day trip no problem. It does not fit carry on sizing for WestJet, however it does fit in the overhead if not checked. Great colour which is a little darker than the photo

Der Koffer ist schön und stabil gebaut mit äußerst praktischen Öffnung und sehr guten Rollen ausgestattet. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Wie sich der Koffer auf Reisen zeigt bleibt abzuwarten aber wie gesagt macht sehr qualitative Eindruck.

以前のが古くなったので、再度片開きのものを購入。理由は狭いところでも蓋側を半分開ければ、中のものを出し入れ出来る、壁側につけて開ける時べんりです。深いのでしっかりと詰めれる。真ん中のデッドスペースが無いのでより多く入る。特にカメラ機材などを入れるので非常に使いやすい。今回の商品の難点は、ポケットが無いこと位ですね。

fantastic quality! i love these. they are my go to set for a week away. the unique dimensions of the under-seater size are very convenient whether they go under the seat or uptop. it also provides convenient “wheels” for heavy over-shoulder carry ons.

Overall, I am satisfied with this suitcase after 4 flights.The purchase experience was difficult - my order did not arrive on time, I received several different answers from several different reps about where it was, what happened to the shipment (with one even telling me it had been cancelled, and when I would receive it, none of which were correct. I felt that most of the reps were just telling me what they thought I wanted to hear rather than attempting to determine what actually was happening. I am very dissatisfied with Amazon customer support to say the least!With that said, the suitcase itself is very nice. The wheels are smooth, the suitcase is lightweight and easy to manage, and although it's not as deep as some other 24" rolling suitcases it holds quite a bit. The top-opening design is much easier to manage than the traditional clamshell design of most hardsided luggage.One significant omission is the lack of expansion. There is a middle joint around the circumference of the suitcase that could be used for this purpose, but it is a hard joint with no expandability at all. Adding this feature to a future version would make the suitcase just about perfect.I can't comment on the quality or ease of use of the locking mechanism because I just don't use it. It's not necessary, and I'd rather not give TSA an excuse to break my zipper pulls because they don't want to go in search of the appropriate "TSA compliant" key.Aside from the delivery and Amazon customer support issues, I am pleased with this purchase.
