Cataumet Beer Can Chicken Rack Holder Roaster Grill with Silicone Basting Brush

I was waiting for this to be available again. Years ago I bought one of these for my Dad. It was one of the best purchases I ever made. Stumbled upon the first one at Academy. After using it the first time we knew we had something special. Put a rub on your chickens, place them over the partially filled beer/soda cans and depending on the size of your chickens after 2-3 hours they're golden brown outside, tender and juicy inside. Very sturdy, well-made and cleans up easily. A little snug fitting 2 chickens side by side. I wish they would have made it with a little more space between the 2 can holders so the chickens weren't pushed up against each other. Not a big deal though. A treasured must-have for anyone that enjoys grilling and eating the best chicken ever. For years we struggled getting chicken to cook just right on the grill, turning it, moving it closer/further to the heat making sure it was done but not dry but this holder made it so easy it's fool-proof! Love it!!

A great product for a reasonable price. This is my go to rack for smoking/ grilling whole chickens. I normally use this for smoking 5 pound whole chickens. This product assists in getting a mighty crispy but also tender and juicy chicken.In the photo attached, You can see the size in comparison to the full sheet pan the rack is sitting on. The product seems to hold up to the heat well. No cracking or bending. The chicken slides right out, no sticking ever for me. The whole is big enough you could put a beer can in if that’s what tickles you fancy. This rack also doesn’t seem to get other worldly hot when in the grill or smoker, it isn’t going to melt your oven mitt or grill gloves. On one last note, this product is well put together, seems like it will last a long time. I’m writing this review 6 months out, have used this rack a half a dozen times and it looks just as good as the day I got it.I have no problem recommending this product.

This product is cool the only problem I had with it was when cooing two chickens at the same time they would be so close to each other that where they touched didn’t cook well, so now I only use it for one chicken at a time

I've had one of these for 30 years. Yeah--30 years. Finally got another one.

30 birds have been on this bad boy, and there is no sign of it quitting.

It meets my expections. Very sturdy dosnt move around at all. Very easy to use.

Only arrived today. Took me 3 weeks of putting in in and out of my basket. It's compact enough for a BBQ or an oven. Well made but not too heavy. Will do a great job I'm sure. All-round top marks for this. Good value as well
