For when you need your load exactly right there.
These things are great. I had drilled holes into the tips of my tractor forks in order to put a tow ball on either. Recently I bought some implements for it that needed to be picked up but wouldn't roll back. I had also bought a couple of slings, but they ended up sliding when I tilted back. These little gems fit perfectly and do exactly what I want them to. I can attach them to my forks, affix the slings, and then lift my load. I have bought a set of 3' and 7'. These things making precise placement of heavy objects so much easier. That includes over a 5' fence.So much easier than letting something slide off the forks, and then bouncing. Fantastic price point too.

Use lochtite
The product themselves are strong and durable. The bumps and rattling of offroading will make the bolts unscrew themselves and fall off. So use thread locker.

Exactly what I expected.
Seem to be exactly what they're supposed to be. I did not test to failure, so I can't vouch for load rating, but I don't have any reason to doubt it either. Will probably order more.
