Wow! I absolutely love this product and this company. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy was I pleasantly surprised after the initial unboxing. So much care and attention to detail was put in the making of this sauna blanket. I own a few products from this company and they are very particular about quality and this sauna blanket is proof of it. It came with the sauna blanket, of course, a personal LifePro Fitness Towel and a canvas carrying case.I use this blanket at least 3x a week because I workout regularly and I don't always want to sit in the sauna at my gym. So having this sauna blanket in my home, I can use it whenever it's convenient for me, and I do quite often.Just take your time and read the instructions on the proper use and care of your sauna blanket. It gets really hot quickly so it's important to gradually increase the heat level starting at the lowest level "1" until you're able to handle hotter temperatures all the way up to level 9 or 10. I don't recall how high as I've only gone to Level 7 so far. The instruction manual tells you the temperature rage for each level so make sure to read the manual before use.Oh...drink lots of water a few hours before use to avoid dehydration...and continue drinking water periodically, while using the blanket to keep yourself hydrated. This is by far the most important aspect of using this blanket and avoiding issues that could hurt you. Now on to the good stuff. My Pros and Cons.PROS: Quality product excellent material | Not cheap material | User manual that covers important info | Heats up quickly | Huge remote control with big settings to easily identify | Several temperature settings | Timer | Zips all the way from Feet to Neck | Cools down quickly | Easy storage | Excellent value for moneyCONS: Yeah...I should write something here, so give me a minute to think about what I don't like or would like to have in this product. I truly can't think about anything I don't like in this product. Oh I do have one con... The remote and power cable are both connected to the sauna blanket and the cord for both should be about 2 - 3 feet longer. So LifePro Fitness, if you're reading this, make the cords longer.What a fantastic product. If you're in the market for something like this, you won't be disappointed and it's worth the money. And you will sweat buckets so have your cleaning towels ready to go.BTW...I am not paid to write reviews. i have severe back issues, inflammation, and lymphoedema. i usually use my heating pad all night rotating to my back (upper/lower), legs (back/front), upper arms and shoulders. when i use this; so far on #7 setting, i get a full heating experience at one time. the first time i did not hydrate. i woke up thirsty, and my eyes were very dry. i hydrated now with 24oz warm lemon water before and 32oz water with propel water enhancer -or other electrolyte water enhancer-with a small meal. do this to prevent possible water intoxication-too much water in a short timeframe with no electrolytes. it is a game changer. now that i have realized hydrating is VERY important, i now feel less stiff in the mornings. I use it twice a weekday but on a lower setting. when my back is being angry, i use it on #7 for 45 minutes making it an occasional three times a week use. hydrate, hydrate and make sure your support your neck. it is heavy to use, fold and store, then repeat for each use. cause of my back issues, i keep it set up in a room on a chase lounge to make it convenient and out of the way of family and pets. since it is my personal sauna, i unplug from the blanket (after each use too) and clean it with a sponge using anti bacteria soap and let it air dry once a week. not sure if this is how it should be cleaned - i lost my user’s manual. i prefer to be dressed in a cotton full slip to lessen the blanket from getting too full of me. my son who bought the sauna, it is a 'just because gift', felt the price was a little high. I only have this one, so i cannot compare it to any other personal sauna to agree or disagree with him. i really like this item. FYI do not forget to register it for warrant purposes and clean before use. also, i do not put any skin care exfoliating products on, not sure how that will work. let me know -comment on this review-if any purchaser uses it to exfoliate or give deep skin rejuvenation sessions in this personal sauna.

A friend was using another brand of infrared sauna blanket and spoke highly of the benefits. She's very health conscious so I tried an infrared sauna at a spa a few times to test out if what she found was true. The sauna I used at the spa was not a blanket but a traditional looking sauna and I enjoyed using it both times I went. This led me to research a blanket of my own and I chose this one. I have used it twice and have really felt great benefits each time as I did with the traditional spa. However, I like I am laying down with the blanket sauna. I use this time to recharge mentally as well as physically. I am not a person to lay around or take long baths so making time like this is huge. I cannot wait to use the infrared sauna blanket again. And, as for benefits, yes, I have arthritis and my aching is much less, I feel less bloated in my abdomen, and there's a lift in my overall mood that is a total bonus. I recommend this product!

I have to be honest, I got this from Amazonbc the actual product that was advertised on the radio was out of my price range. There were so many benefits listed from sleeping better, detoxing, faster muscle recovery after workout, and relief from bone pain, etc., that I had to give it a try. I read the whole booklet bc I want to take good care of such an expensive product. I acclimated my body to it slowly, starting at level 1 for 30 min. It was so soothing, I fell asleep. The control is easy to set. Left side sets your level and the right side is the amt. of time. It automatically shuts off when the timer is done. Then I turn the power off. Unzip the bag and wipe completely down w/ a towel. Cools down in a matter of minutes. Warns you not to pre-heat the sauna as it could ruin the device. There’s no need to do that bc you can feel the warmth starting in abt. one min. I disagree that you can read a book while inside bc your arms would stick out. I like being totally enclosed bc it feels wonderful on your shoulders. Just play some terrific soothing music or recite your linesin your upcoming movie that you’re starring in. Above all, just relax and enjoy the experience!

I have been considering buying a sauna blanket and read lots of reviews from this and other blankets. I landed on this one because of the reviews. The product works as intended( warms up beautifully and you will sweat boatloads!) however I find it too big! I’m not a smaller frame and I understand you made it larger to fit most people but because it’s so big the air gets into the blanket and it’s hard to push down as you hands are inside. I have learned how to move around in it to ensure that I maximize the heat and not allow it to escape. Other than that the construction of the products is solid and packaging was beautiful. You will sweat a lot and feel amazing after! If anyone in this company is reading this have you ever thought of making a smaller sized one?

Great quality, and option controls. 1-9 heat settings. Heats up nicely and I like the zipper option vs velcro as it traps the heat better. Very roomy once zipped up. A lifetime warranty is available if you register and comes with disposable sauna foils. I haven't used them as they boost fat loss aid, which I don't need. The information from the manufacturer is clear and informative. I recommend this product.

After just one use, I am thrilled with my purchase!! I did 45 mins at the max heat setting and got good and sweaty!! Nice and relaxed with less pain which is exactly what I was looking for. I plan to also add this into my workout routine and hopefully it will help to get some of this extra weight off quicker!!Added a pic with a sweat puddle.. I was literally dripping. So good!!

Basically, it doesnt make you sweat. Turned on "9" for 50 minutes will just break a sweat for me. An actual walk in/sit down infrared sauna will have you dripping sweat in 10 min.Was expecting better, based on several reviews, but Im not surprised any more. The quality of society at play.I'll continue to use it because I have to. I paid a boatload for it...
