Clarks Women's Kataleyna Gem Pump

Everything was perfect, the fit, comfort, and style. I ordered the dark blue, it has a very dull finish, I have not seen this finish before on a leather shoe. This has really disappointed me. The finish makes the shoe look worn.

Stopped wearing heels awhile ago, but wanted to look nice for my son's wedding. These have a lower heel and padding in the bottom of the sole. Clarks had a wide width, which I really had to search for. Comfy enough for heels!

Ordered my regular size. When I put the shoe on I stopped to double check the size because it had a half inch gap at the heel. I am returning them.

Clarks never disappoints! These are elegant and comfortable at the same time. The color is exactly like the picture.

I was hoping these would be comfortable, but they definitely are NOT. I ordered half a size smaller than my usual size, but they were so big that they kept slipping off my heel. And even though I ordered the wide width, they squeezed my toes. So basically, the wide width isn't wide enough for comfort, and the length is way off.Sent them right back. I gave them an extra star because they are very attractive, even if I can't wear them.

The color is not a true navy. It is a blue-gray. It appears to be a good quality shoe, but not very attractive because the color is not true navy.

Well made, comfortable shoes but the colour is more of a blue grey. They don’t match navy outfits, but look blue with black outfits. Disappointed that the colour didn’t work because they are great shoes otherwise.

I don't wear heels often, but recently i need them for work. I have slightly wide fit and this regular size 9 fits me pretty well . Price is reasonable. Color is good for spring/summer. Heals are not too high, so ok to walk within office area.
