Q: How long do they stay cold for?

It depends, sorry. I have neuropathy. The first time I used them they had been in the freezer. They felt awesome but after having them on close to 10 minutes I decided they were too cold for my feet. I now just keep them in the fridge. They stay cold about 20 minutes or longer. I keep them on longer than that as I enjoy the heaviness/pressure of them on my feet. I hope this helps.
