Not bad - the base/cover is a little thin but it looks good and we are happy with the result. Puts out a ton of light which is awesome.

The first one we got we found propped up against the door. It was the sorriest looking package I have ever seen. It came in the flimsiest cardboard with no padding, and had been taped and re-taped, I presume by UPS. The package was torn and bowed. I thought, "Oh, oh. This can't be good." So when I opened it, sure enough the fixture was bowed and bent. I sent it back and reordered the same item. I really needed the four foot long fixture to cover holes in the wall. It also did not have a packing slip.The second package came about 3 days after I re-ordered. It looked better , though still in the flimsy cardboard, but this time had a big red "Fragile" sticker on it, plus a packing list on the outside. It almost worked, but there was still a slight dent near the middle of the fixture. I opted to keep it and put that side at the top when mounting, so it wouldn't be seen. I would give an undamaged one five stars. It does look really nice. The mounting plate had a label that said it was made in China in 2013. We put 8 clear glass LED 40 watt equivalent bulbs in it, and it's very bright. We're happy with how it looks. There were no mounting instructions, but it was really easy to put up, replacing our old 4 foot fixture. The mounting plate has 4 mounting holes. It comes with a screw for attaching protective ground. Some of the sockets were loose, but there is a screw in each socket to tighten it to the plate. But I wouldn't want to mislead people by giving it 5 stars when there's a good chance they won't get a 5 star item. The three stars is a sort of average between the 5 stars of an actual undamaged product, and the 1 star of service given both by the seller and UPS, who I think share the blame in the damage.The third package of the same item came the day following the second package. It also had the "Fragile" sticker on it, but had a hole in the box at both ends. It was sent to me by mistake. I sent it back unopened, so I don't know the condition of that one.

I love a lot of light in the vanity area and this thing does not disappoint! With some "daylight" LED bulbs you can dang near catch a tan with this light ON!

The first one I bought came damaged. It was in the manufacturer's box with no cushioning inside except a bit of brown packing paper, very little.I contacted Amazon and got a replacement sent.The second one arrived damaged in the exact same manner. It's the 48" light bar and it's not protected in the manufacturer's box. On each end the covers for the light socket are misshapen and 3 are off and the whole mount is slightly bent. I gave up the second time.We were able to bend it back so it's only noticeable if you know it's there.Otherwise.... "easy as pie to install". Says the man in the house. He got it up quickly with no cursing from the bathroom.It's a beautiful light. We have a double basin countertop and this provides excellent lighting.Love LOVE the color.Now if they can just get the packaging sorted out...????

Bought this during a bathroom remodel to match the new decor. Love the look of this light bar, and it installed in just a couple of minutes.

When I found this light, I was ecstatic that I found one that would match the faucets that I was going to install.Then I got it. It's not oiled bronze - it's brown. None of the brush markings. None of the bronze coloring. Just brown.As I am finishing up the install, I notice that the cover is not sitting correctly. Upon further inspection, I notice that there are bends in the metal cover piece. So now I have to pull it off, and shape the metal so it will fit properly. I am sure this had something to do with the terrible packaging. It's in a thin box, with no foam to protect it.

This light fixture is very similar to a fixture I saw at Home Depot at 4x the cost. We either lost the instructions when we were opening the box or it didn't come with any, but it was a straightforward installation that required no instructions anyway. My husband and I were able to install it over our bathroom sink in about 20 minutes and we are not at all handy.

More of a retro look if that's your thing, but it serves our needs. Goes very well with the LED 3000K/2700K globe bulbs.The bathroom is nice and bright now.
