Clock Cleaner
Cleaned a long case clock quite easily, and well enough to make it work again. If you follow the instructions it works well but does smell a bit like wee. I would use again if I needed to clean an old clock. I had different reactions from two horologists one was a bit sniffy about it and the older gentleman was o.k. with it and said that it had done a good job.

Very effective cleaner.
Used to clean clocks I am repairing. Makes the brass parts shine like new. Easy to use but has a very strong smell. Extremely effective.

Really cleans the clock mechanisms well
Does a fantastic job of cleaning the clock parts. I kept one complete clock mechanism submerged for about 20 mins in the recommended made up solution. Care to be taken when handling because of the fumes (use a sealed container , wear a mask and use protective gloves. The clock's escapement started going whilst being submerged on one old clock!. Care needed in removing solution afterwards with de-mineralised water and thoroughly dry out especially the springs

Product is really good.
Left the mechanism to soak for 24 hours, washed off with boiling water. Lightly oiled with clock oil and now it is working again.A good product that works well .excellent.

Quick, efficient cleaner. Strong smell.
Cleans away old dirt, oil and tarnish quickly. Even better with a cheap small ultrasonic bath. Brass brush to finish off. Only issue is strong ammonia smell, use in well ventilated area.

Can be used again for other clocks
This cleaner does an excellent job of cleaningbrass clock moments. Leaving the clock cleanand looking like a new clock. Then when rinsed and dried with a hair dryer you are then ready to oil the clock.
