Love this machine. I use it at school. It is fast, fast, fast.

This makes REAL shaved ice just from any ice cubes. We use it several times a day just at home. It is too large to keep on the kitchen counter. We are going to put it on our covered deck outside. It is also very loud. What we love about it is you just use any ice cubes. You don’t have to pre-freeze a specific shape of ice.

This machine produces shaved ice very slowly. Don’t expect it to make snow cones for more than 4 children in 30 minutes. I don’t have the box anymore or if return it. I’m super disappointed.

The media could not be loaded.  Al principio estuve muy feliz con mi compra, funcionaba bien, se hacian a lo mucho 3 raspados de 8 oz diarios (no es mucho uso), y ayer estando en uso afeito bien el hielo de un raspado y de repente dejaron de girar las aspas, pense que se habia trabado el hielo, aplane el boton para destrabar y gira perfectamente al lado contrario de las manecillas del reloj, volvi a presionar el boton de encendido pero gira muy despacio y luego se traba, solo gira el tornillo del centro. hoy lo volvi a intentar y la prendi sin el hielo y gira como deberia, pero al poner el hielo se trabo nuevamente.lamento tener que regresarla, me gustaba !!!

The media could not be loaded.  I loved how the ice came out it was exactly what I was looking for.However,it came a little dirty I didn’t think anything of it at first I was going to wipe the machine down anyway. But, after my first use I took the tray out and the specs were back.Kinda concerning because I figured it was in the machine so definitely let it run for a while before eating any ice.
