Works well on gas stove
Works well with the tagine I brought, but I managed to set fire to wooden handle but still works perfectly.

Not impressed with the quality
It works well, but I had to glue the handle on before I could use it and following the instruction to wash it well before use resulted in it rusting a little inside, even though I dried it as well as I could. I'd suggest not bothering or using a hair dryer to get it dry between the two layers!

Dffuser
Not great. I use it on gas, but it takes so long to heat up that cooking takes much longer to cook than usual. I bring a pan to the boil on a high heat. Then I put the diffuser under it so that I can simmer it. However, it goes right off the boil for some time.

Burn and smell really bad after use
I don't recommend it at all. It's just a waste of money. It's too late to get a refund for me. anyway, after a once or twice I throw it away cos, it burned and smelled really bad also it changed to black colour.

New cooker, no way I could simmer. I was distraught. Found this, fab! Does what it says, ordering more!

Does what it says on the tin, to quote a well known saying
Lightweight, diffuses gas adequately allowing me to simmer food on my gas cooker without burning the saucepan.

Very good
Got this to use with my new Tagine pot it so easy to use. You just need to make sure the wood handle is away from the heat as it can catch.
