HoMedics Total Body Shiatsu Plus Massage Mat with Heat

It's great if you have reasonable expectations when buying it. I've tried a few different kinds of massage mats over the years and this definitely is the best one I've had. Im 6' and the shiatsu really digs in from my lower back to my upper. The rest of the mat (legs, neck and head) just vibrate. So dont buy this thinking it's a full body shiatsu. The "heat" in the shiatsu part could be a little better. If you're wearing a thicker shirt you may not even notice it. All in all I'm happy with it though. Is it perfect? No. But it's a lot better than anything else out there in this price range.

Overpriced but his is the only kneading massager that I could find that you can actually lie down on and relax without needing to adjust it or hold your body in weird positions. Yes, the shiatsu part is only in the back area but that is where I need it most. I wish that it came up higher towards the traps and neck but honestly the part that does massage works so well and without the hassle of the ones with handles or needing strapped to chairs that I am quite happy. The vibration doesn't really add anything to the chair but I got it for a lay down back shiatsu anyway and it does a good job of that. It has a single pair of massaging heads that rotate and slowly work their way up and down your back simulating a real massage pretty well.

Oh man I really wanted to like this massager. I was awaiting the arrival of this and was let down. Where do I even start... first of all, the massage rollers don’t go deep into your back! Then there’s this weird box thing that digs into your lower back which makes it so uncomfortable to lay on this. The remote sometimes doesn’t even work! You’re trying to relax and press a button for a different option and the buttons get stuck. Or even worse sometimes I’m trying to turn it on or off and it doesn’t work! Ugh lose money, I sent it back and got a refund. I gave it two stars because I’m nice.

It's light weight, folds in half and is like magic in its experience! I've had a chair insert one for years that saved me after long days at work, walking around the city, or when I had a back injury. This product takes it to the next level. It's so easy to move around you can place it on your bed, the floor, outside. It's great!

This is called TOTAL BODY Shiatsu so one expects TOTAL BODY Shiatsu but what you get is only Back massage Only and vibration on the lower half. Choose wisely!

Pretty nice but I wish there was better leg massage capabilities.

I tried my son’s massager, and immediately ordered it on Amazon. It’s amazing. It’s like the same pressure as nail salon massage chairs. It makes a difference if you have aches and pains!
