I have been looking for a large sauté/frying pan that I could afford and I came across the Delarosa pan that had everything I was looking for. It’s 6qts., 12in. across top and bottom, 3in. deep, non-stick, glass lid, helper handle, and oven safe. We’ve used it several times and it cooked evenly and after letting it cool the washing was very easy with no sticking. When we received the pan the long handle was not attached but everything needed to attach it was in the box and it was easy to attach and only took a few minutes. Love this pan!

I normally use Alclad but they do not offer a pan this size. I can be pretty picky but so far I am very pleased with this pan. It is a great size for bigger dishes or sauces. It heats up very quickly and cooks evenly. I have never had a problem cleaning it. We will have to wait over time to see how well the non stick holds up. I have had it for a while and have used it several times to cook with and so far we are good.

I do love my new deep 12" frying pan by Delarlo. I love that it has handles on both sides. As you know a pan that size can be heavy when trying to drain any cooking grease, so the extra handle helps carry it off the stove. I need clearer instructions, though, on how to make this pan non-stick I was very disappointed with the information included in the packaging of my new pan. The wording sounded like the one who wrote the instructions, (on how to make my new pan non-stick), had a limited knowledge of the English wording. This pan is advertised as a non-stick pan, but it seems to be a very complicated process to make it non-stick. Also, nowhere on the information sheet, is there what oven temperature should be used. But on Amazon, the description states that this pan is oven-safe. I want to know, Is it oven safe, and to what degree is this pan oven safe? That is why I only gave this four stars, The missing information needed is very important.

This pan is excellent! It has fantastic heat distribution, browns quickly, it is nonstick and can go into the dishwasher. It is my favorite pan to cook with!

I was looking for this size pan and wanted the double handle. It cooks well with even heat and doesn't stick. I love it in the oven also. Washes up nicely. Very happy with it.

I purchased this on a Lightning Deal for less than $30 and am very happy with it. I don't need a large pan very often but recently made a Shepherd's Pie (cottage pie) in it on top of the stove and, after spreading the mashed potatoes on top, it went straight into the oven (no lid on it) and it worked perfectly. It cleans up like a dream with a little soaking first. I think the 6 qt would be too large and heavy but this size is perfect.

Bought this 3 quart tri-ply saute pan. Easy to heat up, Great heat distribution.. no hot spot. It can be an everyday pan. Can use on stove top or oven. Can go straight to the oven after searing. The size is right, after cooking, serve the food directly with it. Sure recommend.
