Pest Expert Formula 'C' Carpet Beetle Killer Spray 2 x 1Ltr (HSE approved and tested - professional strength product)

We had 2 carpet moth outbreaks a few years apart. This was an excellent remedy once we knew what the problem was and what to do about it. Don't scrimp on how much you buy or use - and absolutely use the mask it comes with. We last used this product in 2018 or 2019 prior to the covid pandemic. We're planning to wash all the carpets again in Summer 2024 and once cleaned and dried we'll respray the carpets as a preventative measure.

In my experience this stuff does somewhat work if sprayed correctly but is best for hard surfaces like kitchen floors where you can create a good coating. For carpets I prefer Rentokil PSC50 powder as it's much easier to get an idea of how well you have covered an area. Of course the powder being visible can also be a disadvantage if you have guestsA professional treatment is almost always going to be better, but in cases where the source of the problem cannot be located and the problem is ongoing then these DIY methods are a lot cheaperBased on some of the complaints in the reviews, a lot of people seem to have missed that the nozzle actually has two different settings labelled as 'spray' and 'stream'. As the name suggests, the latter is really not very useful as it does not disperse well. So make sure you twist the nozzle round to the correct one.

We had a infestation last year, thought we had killed it off however come April found another few new beetles. Brought this as the last stuff we used was very chemical smelling. We sprayed this around the rooms and since seen nothing. The spray has a slight smell but not in a bad way. We plan to respray every few months for another year just to confirm they ain't coming back. This seems to have done the trick

This stuff works! Believe me. Once dry it is harmless to mankind, and as long as not in direct sunlight it has weeks of lasting efficiency. This kills anything (in time) I've done my own little test experiments on individual different insects I found randomly in the house, all dead within 5-60mins dependent on type of insect and quantity of product on contact. Try not to use on our UK house spiders tho guys, they pose no threat to us and they help in conjunction of clearing out the pests... unfortunately no use in conjunction of clearing out male human species tho.... 😒🙄😅

After struggling with carpet beetles getting in through windows for a long time tried every recomended product nothing worked they would just keep getting in. Came accross this and thought reasonable price for 2 bottles and sounded promising.Game changer!!!Buy this it works so fast! Beetles have been gone since day 1. Cant recomend it enough. Every couple of days i give the blinds and inside curtains a couple of sprays and keep cat out room for few hrs.
