It does the job, but not heavy enough gauge steel for the pressure it has to apply, see photo, the pressure plate is distorting after 3 presses. Besides that, don’t be put off by all the people saying the brickettes take too long to dry - of course they do, what did you expect?

Came a bit squashed on the sides, so hard to separate partsHandles needed padding added as cut into hand. Works fine though.

Very rickety. I made 35 briquettes before it broke. The seller refused a refund because it was more than 30 days (in fact it was only 41). Dodgy.
