The product looks fine, however other than the legs, it is mostly made from MDF rather than solid wood. It’s meant to be assembled like an IKEA piece with treaded bolts and cam locks. However, the hardware on this piece was so cheaply made that the cam locks that are supposed to hold the piece together when you turn them, instead shatter!!! Terrible quality. This happened on almost every single one of the 30 or so pieces of this hardware under normal torque pressure with just a hand-held screw driver. Just so the thing would not collapse, we used finish nails to hold it together in critical structural areas. However with some parts, like the entire top, we could not easily secure it with nails without ruining the piece. The entire top of our piece is not secured and would lift off if someone tried to move the piece. Very disappointed with the quality of this piece. Because it is made from MDF it is very heavy also.
