This device is pretty good and nicely designed to strengthen your lungs by breathing. Its light weight and compact and easy to use. The scale indicator really helps to check the effectiveness of the breath. Its easy to clean and sterilize. Overall a great device for its design and decent cost and totally recommend.

I had fewer expectations from this but have a good impression of this product. As my uncle kept at it several times a day it did help improve his overall breathing capacity, and it also helped us know when to call the doc if his ability to move the ball dropped. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This a this is a life-saver for a 93 year old with a pleural effusion and other medical complications. My husband has been using this for 7 months consistently daily at least one to twice. The lung exerciser is easy to hold and easy to operate for him.

Spirometer is lightweight, made of pretty sturdy plastic and functional.Whereas the price is high for mere plastic, the exercise needs are of course formidable, and necessitate such purchases.Simple instructions for lung strengthening.

This was excellent to use after surgery. It reminded me to breathe deeply to avoid complications. A great price for a great little device!

I bought this for my mom who was in need of one. It helps exwrcise and keep your lungs strong. Basically, you breathe slowly and deeply and while doing so make sure you keep the ball in the center. That is how you know you are breathing steady and doing it correctly. As it is a medical device, it's on the higher end for plastic, but it truly is one that is recommended and helpful. It's easy to clean as well.
