I expected the holder to be bigger when I ordered it. The tallest hexagon is perfect size for holding brushes. The second tallest would hold eye pencils. The small one would hold anything tall, maybe rings or earrings. It seems sturdy build though.

I use it to hold my hair color brushes at work.

Obviously in my pictures I am not using it for makeup brushes but it works perfectly for what I intended for it. Flows nicely with my planters (also Amazon finds)Definitely recommend
